International real estate and retail conglomerate. Founded by B.R. Jackson (Jackson Inc. ) J.D. Sullivan, and Jacob Sullivan (Jim's) Currently owned and operated by Xavier Jackson .Ava Jackson and Jackson Hale are the only other family members in B.R.'s family other than Xavier that works at the family company. Tennessee (Tenny) Sullivan (J.D.'s widow), Jacob and Ciarra Sullivan also has shares in Jim's. Javon DuBois presently works for Jackson Inc. Jared Hale and Burt Corbin formerly for the corporation.

Founded by Winston Hale, and is a holding company, with numerous subsidiaries, including grocery chain Foodstar. Jared Hale's presently CEO, following Winston's retirement. Formerly owned by Lord Incorporated before being sold to Wade Issac Hale in a trade. Owned by Wade Issac Hale, with percentages for Angelica Santiago Hale, and Ava Jackson Hale.
Lane's/Class
Founded by Davis and Virginia Lane Desi Lane took over the store and ran it for many years before being bought out. Majority stock owned by Sully Jackson Hale and smaller percentages by Ava Jackson Hale, Willie Evans, and Aretha Evans. Sully owns the publicly traded Department Store after receiving the deed as a gift from her Father. Sully Jackson Hale and Leigh Woods Jackson formerly owned the chain before being bought out by Lord Incorporated. Owned by Sully Jackson by Roger Lord as a gift.
Emery's
Department Store chain based out of Blue Ridge.
Ava Jackson currently operates the chain. Formerly owned and operated by Ciarra Sullivan.
FJR (Frank Jackson Racing)
Stock Car Team owned and operated by Frank Jackson. Cale Stone and Rashad Evans currently drives for the team as Frank, a 6 time Champion and winner of 95 races which made him a racing legend and a major name in the racing world. Retired after a bad crash at "The Fall Classic" at LaFayette Motor Speedway. Former Drivers include Michael Barr, and Allison North.
City Hospital
Dr. Beth Sullivan Jackson was the CEO of City Hospital and has worked on and off for the hospital for over 40 years, with the exception of her years in Blue Ridge until her "semi-retirement". Terrance Evans is currently CEO, and Olivia Sullivan's the current Chief of Staff. The Board of Directors include Xavier Jackson, Ava Jackson Hale and chaired Dr. Beth Sullivan Jackson. Desi Lane was also on the board for many years. Beth Sullivan Jackson, and her son, Xavier formerly owned City Hospital. Now owned by Dr. Beth Sullivan Jackson.
Sarah Duncan Research Center
Founded by Dr. Beth Sullivan Jackson, Barbara Arp is Chief Of Staff, as Keisha White is one of the leading doctors.

Popular place in Adam's Landing that's a favorite gathering place for many of Adam's Landing's finest.
The Sunset Club
Restaurant/Lounge/Hotel where many people frequent. Some characters have kept a room there from time to time including Chant Hale, Jamie Jackson Marx, Cara Del Mar and Rachel Lane. The Sunset Club is a very popular gathering spot in Adam's Landing.
La Trattoria
Italian Restaurant in Adam's Landing that's very popular especially when it comes to romance. It's quiet atmosphere makes it a favorite for many in town.
The Inn
Bar in Adam's Landing that's frequented by Country, Brock Jackson Jr, and his sons. Before Jamie returned to live in Adam's Landing, she would also frequent and very popular.
Jazz
A popular nightclub in Adam's Landing, originally owned by Keith Ross, Jermaine Watts, and Allan Sullivan, Allan became sole owner until his passing, currently owned and operated by Eve Mathis.
The Holiday Hotel
A popular Hotel located in Adam's Landing that's a worldwide chain. Owned by Wade Issac-Hale

Hell Hill(The Jackson Estate)
Xavier inherited the 150 year old plantation style home after his father and family patriarch B.R. Jackson passed away. Jamie's Cottage was also located on the property but burned down after being torched by Ava Jackson. The Jacksons has owned the property for over 100 years and currently Xavier Jackson, Leigh Woods Jackson, and Xavier 'Brock' Jackson Jr resides here.
Whispering Hills (Ava and Winston's Estate)
Located across the road from Hell Hill, Ava Jackson and Winston currently lives on the property. Floyd Jackson, Maria Jackson,and Shannon Evans (Isaac) has resided in a guest house on the estate, originally offered to Ruth, whom turned it down. Currently Jackson Hale, and his wife Samantha Martin Hale, and son, J.J. Martin-Hale resides here
The Sullivan Estate
Located in the Midwestern city of Blue Ridge,in the Royal Park neighborhood.J.D. and Tenny Sullivan and Jacob and Ciarra Sullivan resided on the property for many years.After J.D's death and Tenny moving to Monaco,Xavier and Sully resided in J.D. and Tenny's estate. The property was badly vandalized and restored by Floyd Jackson. Nobody currently stays at The Estate, though it's still owned by The Sullivan Family.
The Farm
On the edge of Adam's Landing. Frank Jackson, and Daughter, Faye resides here currently. Cale, Allison, and Ginny Stone also resides on a home on the property.
The Evans Home
Willie Evans and her Daughter, Aretha currently resides here. Located on The Jackson Estate, property given to the family by B.R. Jackson.
The Lane Home (Jamie's Mansion)
Owned by Burt Corbin after Xavier gave him the house as a gift after Xavier bought Desi's bank loan, also getting ownership of Lane's and Desi's Home as it was included in the loan. Xavier gave Lane's/Class to his daughter Sully after the loss of her son. Burt Corbin formerly resided here before selling the house to Trevor Issac. Bought by Walter DuBois, Sold to Jamie Lord, who resides here.
Northbrook (The Hale Estate)
Owned by Winston Hale. Ava resided here for many years during her marriage and when Winston "faked" his death, Ava got control of the estate since she was Winston's widow. Winston Hale currently resides here. Located in Valley Ridge. Currently slated for demolition as Ava is planning an enclosed mall to be built on the site. Now known as a crypt.
Sully's Former Penthouse
Located in the Jackson Tower in Adam's Landing. Formerly owned by Xavier Jackson. Given to Sully Jackson Hale and Jared Hale as a wedding present. The couple formerly resided here as well as Jared's Mother, Gabriella Kenney. Owned by Sully Jackson, whom rents the Penthouse out presently.
Beth's Penthouse
Located in the Jackson Tower,across the hall from Sully and Jared's former Penthouse. Ciarra and Tenny Sullivan has resided here over time, as well as Nathan James and Rose Sullivan. Dr. Beth Sullivan Jackson presently resides here with her Aunt, as Ciarra also resides here.
Bree's Mansion
Located in the Bannister Hills Country Club in Adam's Landing.Ava Jackson, Jack Hale and Winston Hale formerly lived here before giving the home to Winston's son, Burt Corbin and Ava's niece Bree Corbin. Currently Bree Corbin resides here.
The Sullivan Home
Located in the Historic District in Adam's Landing. Owned by Olivia Sullivan, who presently resides here. Also the home of Allan Sullivan before his death.
Sully's Mansion
Located near where Jamie's cottage once stood. Sully Jackson presently resides here, along with fiancé, Henry Jennings, and Ruthie Hale.
The Santiago Manor
Located outside Adam's Landing, and formerly owned by Pablo (Santo) Santiago. Currently owned by Angelica Santiago Hale, who sometimes stays in the mansion whenever she pops up.
Bobby's Home
Located in the suburban area of Adam's Landing. Bobby Whitten presently resides here, along with Son, Paul, and his Sons.
The Landing Lofts
In Downtown Adam's Landing. Monica and Javon DuBois, Eve Mathis, and Sayyid Ross currently has lofts here. Jared Hale also owns a loft in the building and also resides here.
The Lord Estate
Private Home of Roger Lord. Located on the outskirts of Adam's Landing.
Terrance's Home
Located next door to The Evans Home. Terrance Evans resides here.
