Daylight And Darkness: The Next Chapter, Episode 12. The Winding Freefall

     At The Sunset Club, Xavier sits inside the Jackson Room, as Country's arrived and tells a waitress "Bring me and X a drink. Something strong." Aretha leaves, as does Roger, the third person also in the room at Xavier's speech, walks towards Xavier, and goes "I know this may be bad timing.." Country snaps "It sure the hell is!" The man tells them "I come without any threats or anything. I support you, and I'm renting space in the towers for my new media company." Xavier looks at the man, and tells him "I wish you the best of success with it as well. Please excuse me." Xavier leaves, as Country follows, as the man makes a phone call. At Hell Hill, Leigh yells at Beth angrily "You get out of this damn house right now! You are nothing more than X's enabler.." Beth slaps Leigh in the face again, and goes "Bitch let me set you straight on some things in them papers. One! This house, property belongs to ME and Xavier. So forget that one without a hell of a fight on your hands. Two.. Jackson Inc.?" And what exactly does a model know about running a billion dollar company?" Leigh snaps quickly "I'll sell Jim's to HaleCorp.." Beth punches Leigh in the mouth, as Leigh screams "I broke a tooth!" Beth snarls to her Daughter In Law "You. You will not be selling shit. You won't be getting your hands on this house. My Daddy's legacy. B.R.'s legacy, my damn family's legacy. If you do this Leigh, I will throw care to the wind and tear your ass apart! You are doing damn good at turning Brock against Xavier..." Leigh tries to interrupt, as Beth puts up her hand, and yells "You did this as well Leigh if blame's being thrown! So therefore as B.R. Jackson's widow, if you decide to leave Xavier, I want you out of here and I'll make sure it happens. If I see any tears from my Son's eyes, it'll be down that trail outside, and off in a body bag!" Beth, with envelope, leaves, as Leigh glares at the door, and screams "Go to hell Beth! I'm not scared of you! Can't play that shit on me old woman."

    At City Hospital, Terrance, Olivia, and Keisha are inside Terrance's office, as Eve walks inside, and Terrance greets Eve with a hug, as Olivia asks Eve "How's Sayyid's recovery going?" Eve smiles "He's doing better every day. Spending lots of time with River and our Grandchild. It's beautiful to see him so peaceful for once." Terrance tells her "Uncle Clem's needed that for a long time. I'm glad Mama forgave him." Eve nods in agreement, going "Amen on that Terrance. Speaking of Willie, is she volunteering today? I wanted to bring her up for a visit." Terrance answers "No. She went down to Southpoint Beach for a few days to see Rashad." Eve sighs "Well I'm in town today to do a few things and do some business. It's good seeing everyone, and congratulations Keisha." Keisha asks "How did you know?" Eve quips "Looks like Javon bought quite a rock. True love. Be blessed." Eve walks out, as Olivia tells them "Allison's on her way. She's seeing the OBGYN.." Terrance asks Olivia "Is today when it's official?" Olivia quips "I will say so." Olivia gets a text, and tells them "Frank's here. I'm going down to meet with him. Allison should be here shortly." Olivia leaves, as Keisha asks Terrance "So we need to discuss Javon's wish to have the Evans name. He said once you gave your blessing, we would marry." Terrance tells Keisha "It's fine by me. He's my Son and has turned out to be a great man. You aren't too bad yourself. He's lucky." Meanwhile in the lab, Angelica stands at the desk, as a clerk tells her "I'm sorry but you're not allowed to know anything about Mrs. Hale." Angelica pulls out a stack of $100 bills, as the clerk grows quiet, and tells her "Hold on a minute."

    At Jackson Inc., Sully's inside her office, as is Ava, Jack, and Javon, as they look at their phones, as Ava asks her Niece "So was that speech by your Father pertaining to that envelope?" Sully takes a deep breath, as she sighs with disgust "He was so cryptic and then mentioning Wade's name..." Ava reminds her Niece "Wade is a piece of shit. Nothing but a classic con-artist. He's longed for a war with us since he's gotten control of Winston's legacy." Jack laughs "Foodstar tried to over expand last year with Wade's approval, and half the stores didn't even open." Javon looks at everyone and asks them "He mentioned Brock, but what if he sincerely wants to help Brock get his break in business?" Sully turns to Javon, and shakes her head, as she answers "There's nothing sincere about this. If Wade's involved. He's about to pull something. Sully gets up, as she tells them "I'm going to find Daddy. I haven't heard anything from him since breakfast. I think I'll check Hell Hill." Sully leaves, as Ava tells her Son, and Javon "A regular day of madness around here. Expect nothing less." Ava heads to her office, as Jack tells Javon "Looks like we best start preparing for something."

    Meanwhile at Chantel's, Henry and Randi sits on the patio, as Randi tells her Son "This is swanky. I didn't think you were into this sorta thing." Henry tells his Mother "Sully's taught me some things." Randi asks her Son "Are you in love with her? Because personally I think she's a real bitch. She owes me and your Sisters." Henry sighs "Mom, she and I have a good relationship and I have a great job working for Xavier." Randi asks her Son "Is he single, or married?" Henry rolls his eyes, and quips "I don't know how to answer that one. But he's young enough to be your Son." Randi gets excited, as she asks Henry "Didn't your Dad have a friend down here? I seem to remember he did." Henry laughs "Frank Jackson. But I'd leave him alone." Randi asks "Why?" Henry warns Randi "He has been around, but then again.." Randi sighs, as she holds up her drink "So have I. And he would be fun if he's still into his partying ways." Henry answers "I don't think he is since he had an experimental heart operation that saved his life. But he's Sully's Uncle." Randi smiles, as she looks at her Son and the waitress brings them lunch.

    At HaleCorp, Wade walks inside, as Jared locks up his office, and quips "Looks like you're coming in late today. Brock's in your office and I hope you check your messages because you've been mentioned a lot today." Jared walks out, as Wade walks inside his office, and Brock prepares to leave, as Wade asks Brock "What the hell was Jared talking about? I've been busy today." Brock looks down, and goes "My Dad knows I'm working here. Thank your clerk at the Hotel." Wade laughs, as Brock yells "I don't find this very funny Wade! Do you know what this might do?" Wade quips "Giving you the keys to Jackson Inc., and I then watch Xavier lose. I'm hearing things aren't too good back at Hell Hill." Brock yells "That'd be right too! My Dad hates me, and it hurts! You though, will make this internship worth the loss." Wade asks, as he's taken back with Brock's forcefulness "When did you turn into Xavier Jackson the most evil bastard I know and loathe." Brock warns Wade "I'm his Son, and if my family falls apart, I'll make sure you live a miserable existence." Brock walks out, as Wade sits down, and thinks of an hour earlier with Bridget, as he says to himself "Maybe now things are on the right track. And my plan for you Xavier, well you are doing all the work!" Wade laughs as gets up to pour himself a drink.

    Back at Hell Hill, Xavier walks inside, as Country walks in behind him, as Xavier tells his best friend "Looks like Mother's been here." They walk into his study, as a letter sits on Xavier's desk, and Xavier reads it, as he tells Country "Go get the shine. She's done lost her damn mind." Country looks down, and yells "X! Look at this. I know you aren't on painkillers." Xavier looks at the pill, and he and Country are silent, as Xavier puts the pill in his desk, and tells him "And she thinks she's won. But what she doesn't know is about to change her ways on telling me my faults as a man and as a Father." In the living room, At Jackson Inc., Sully sits inside her office, as she hangs up the phone, and says with relief "At least Daddy's calm. And answered his phone." The door opens, as Sully yells "Gracie!" Sully's youngest Sister, and Brock's twin Sister embrace, as Gracie tells Sully "I noticed Daddy isn't here." Sully sighs "He's home. Mom's not home presently. I don't recommend paying a visit. Uncle Country and Shine." Gracie sits, as she goes "I saw Daddy on my phone when the thing went live, and I take it he and our Brother's not worked things out." Sully sighs "And now he's interning with Wade Issac Hale at HaleCorp." Gracie throws her hands up, as she goes "And we know how Daddy feels about his family working for rivals. I hope he doesn't mind me working for Ryan Chase." Sully assures her Sister "Daddy will be fine with it. It's good to have one of our own in the media circle." At The Inn, Leigh has a drink of liquor, as she opens a pill bottle, and takes a pill, and a smile comes across her face of ease.

     At City Hospital, Beth walks inside Olivia's office, as Cale, Allison, Ginny, and Frank are inside, as Olivia tells her Sister In Law "Long time no see in these parts." Beth asks her Niece "So I hear you saw the OBGYN? Do we have some news?" Frank smiles proudly, as does Cale, Ginny, and Olivia, as Cale tells Beth "We're having another baby. That snowstorm a few weeks back caused this." Allison quips "It sure was fun staying warm." Cale holds his Wife, as Frank and Beth looks at each other and winks, as Ginny asks her Grandmother "When can I start back down here again to become a nurse?" Olivia tells her Granddaughter "With me going back and forth to see your Great-Grandfather and tend to him, it's hard to teach you, and I just don't trust anybody since Aunt Beth's retired." Beth tells Olivia "Why not let her work with Barbara and Keisha? Barbara's a great teacher and the Research Center's going to do great things. Ginny will be getting in early and can go up from there." Allison looks at her Aunt, as Olivia shrugs "After hearing about working for Bridget Hale, this would be better for you sweetie." Ginny hugs her Grandmother, as she's now about to be full-time at City Hospital.

    Back at HaleCorp, Jared returns, as Brock awaits him, and Jared asks Brock, noticing anger "What's wrong? Done figured out my Brother's just using you to get an advantage on Xavier?" Brock turns towards the door to Wade's office, where Wade sits, as he's on the phone with Rachel, as she tells Wade from her office at Lord Incorporated "Keep me informed on the downfall of the evil family. I'll make it worth your while." Wade hangs up with a grin on his face. At The Inn, Leigh sits at the bar, as she orders another drink, as a man arrives, and goes "I'll buy the lady a drink. And one for myself too." Leigh turns, as she asks him "I can afford my own drinks." The man smiles "I needed a drink and you looked like you did too." Leigh sighs "Well you'd be right. And then a fight. It's been a hell of a day." The man quips "The Adam's Landing I remember." At Jackson Inc, Gracie sits inside Sully's office, as Ava, and Jack. are inside as Ava asks her Niece "So where are you staying?" Gracie tells her Aunt "The Holiday Hotel. Hoping to talk some sense into my Brother." Jack quips "If Uncle Xavier couldn't do it, I doubt you'd be able to do anything." Sully tells her Sister "I've got problems of my own at home." Ava asks "That old whore from Loma Vista?" Sully nods, as Ava tells everyone "I got some power at HaleCorp and I plan to visit Wade soon." Ava tells Gracie "How about you stay with me at Whispering Hills, so you can be close to your Daddy, and it'll keep Auntie Ava company. A lonely house without Winston." Gracie accepts Ava's offer, as Sully gets a message and rushes out in a fury, leaving Gracie, Ava, and Jack silent for a moment, as Ava goes "That was fast." At Hell Hill, Xavier and Country open another bottle of moonshine, as they have gotten drunk, and Xavier yells at Country "Leigh ain't getting a damn thing from me or from here! I've got the bitch's number now and she's gonna learn if she comes back home." Country slurs "Didn't you say she didn't pack her shit up?" Xavier nods, as he boldly tells him "And she's gonna learn about that side of me I only show my rivals once she walks through that damn door." At The Inn, The man and Leigh are drinking together, as they exchange numbers.

   

Daylight And Darkness: The Next Chapter, Episode 11. Opening The Gates

    It's a cold morning in Adam's Landing, and at Beth and Ciarra's Penthouse, Xavier sits at the kitchen table, along with Sully, and Ruthie, as Beth and Ciarra cooks and Sully asks her Father "Why did you call this breakfast without Mom?" Beth turns towards the table where her family sits, and turns to her Aunt, as Ciarra finishes making the orange juice, and Xavier looks at his Daughter, and sighs "When Mother and Aunt Ciarra finish cooking, we'll discuss this as a family." Ruthie asks her Grandfather "Are you and Grandma having problems Papaw? She turned me away last night. I wanted to stay with you so we could go enjoy that cold morning walk in your field." Xavier smiles, and goes "Queenie, Papaw didn't want to stay home last night so you and I got lucky." Ruthie turns to her Mother, as Sully warns her Daughter silently to stay quiet about the night before, as Beth walks over along with Ciarra and goes "Breakfast is served and no scraps for the dog." Precious howls, as Beth looks at her Mother's Doberman, and sighs "Talk to Aunt Ciarra." Precious walks into his bedroom and growls, as Ruthie laughs and Ciarra tells her Great-Niece "Tennessee really ruined that dog." Beth smiles "Mama loved him. Her baby and joy to be honest." Xavier smiles, as he pulls out an envelope, and puts it on the table. Beth looks at her Son, as Ciarra turns to her Great-Nephew, Sully turns to her Father and Ruthie turns to her Grandfather, as Beth asks her Son "What the hell is that baby? I don't like what I see already and that vibe I'm getting from you." Sully takes a deep breath, as Ruthie tries to look, and Sully gets up, as does Beth, as they walk into the kitchen, as Xavier asks his Great-Aunt "How are you doing? I'm sorry we haven't had lunch lately or went and inspected some Emery stores together." Ciarra puts her hand on Xavier's hand, and tells him "You don't have to do anything for me. You already have made me very proud, and Tennessee, J.D., and Uncle Jacob are smiling on you and your family, even the one we won't mention." Xavier cries, as Ruthie hugs him. In the living room, Beth and Sully read the statements and papers, as Sully looks at her Grandmother, as Beth's eyes turn red with rage. Meanwhile at Hell Hill, Leigh cooks breakfast, as Brock sits in the kitchen, and Leigh tells her Son "Today expect Dad to see you. And I want to know every final detail!" Brock nods, as he hugs his Mother.

      At The Holiday Hotel, Wade wakes up, as he looks over and the woman from the night before is gone. A letter sits on the bedpost that reads "Here's my number. Only call." Wade smiles, as he says to himself, as he walks into the shower "That was fun. Maybe Grandmother is right. Well she's my Grandmother so I know she is. She at least supports me. I hope she will with little Xavier joining our little gang at work." At Jared's Loft, Jared walks downstairs, as Bridget sits in the living room, and goes "I thought I'd tidy up before heading down to the hell your Ex calls Class." Jared holds Bridget tightly (The night before, the lights dim inside the bedroom, as Jared and Bridget has sex), as they stare intently into each others eyes, before Jared backs away, and tells her "Let's get back to reality now before my Brother or Grandmother gets suspicious." Bridget agrees, as Jared heads to HaleCorp, and Bridget heads to Class. Meanwhile at The Lord Estate, Roger and Rachel lay naked each to each other, as they have breakfast, and Rachel smiles "That was very romantic. No man's ever treated me like you do. Well except Wade." Roger quips "I know you. I know you and Wade have feelings and at least you are honest and we have an open relationship. You're proving yourself. Where were you when I met Jamie?" They laugh, as Rachel quips "I was not here! But it's nice being back and feeling like things are different." Roger looks at Rachel, as the assures her "It always will be as long as you're with me. And you are always honest. I respect that very much." Rachel and Roger feed each other some candy, as they prepare for the day.

     Meanwhile at the ALPD, Bree and Paul are inside Bree's office, as both are quiet, thinking of what happened the night before as Bobby walks in, and tells Bree "I did some homework last night on people to call to the stand, and we need to brace Ava for one of them. May recommend she not even be there." Bree asks Bobby, as Paul looks at his Father, as Bobby tells them "He was the rapist Jamie and Brock Jr hired to make it appear she was cheating on Russell a long time ago. Jack's biological Father. He's been released from Unity Prison it appears and nowhere to be found." Bree rolls her eyes, as she looks at Paul, as he tells them "I'll go check for any warrants." Paul walks out, as Bobby tells Bree "And Judge Chase is going to speak to Ciarra about taking the stand as well." Bree warns "She isn't able to do it. She has become nearly a recluse since Mom's arrest. Aunt Beth says she's distant and only walks that damn dog!" Bobby tells Bree "Well I have to go meet up with some important people today. Actually Jo's Son will be there. He runs a media company that's now located to Adam's Landing and leasing a floor too below Jackson Inc., in the Jackson Towers!" Bree quips "Good luck saving our tarnished image Mayor Whitten." Bobby looks at Bree, and tells her "Lots of people are here for you through this ordeal, and love you. So never forget." Bree nods, as Bobby walks out, and Bree makes a phone call, telling the person on the other line "I need the location of Aaron Pittman."

    Meanwhile at Jackson Inc., Jack arrives to work, and walks into his Mother's office, as he goes "Look who decided to make an appearance at the office?" Ava glares at her Son, and snarls "I'm getting damn sick of these constant reminders I drink. Well I know a lot of people that drink. Family tradition Son! Now let's have a normal day please and thank you?" Jack answers "We can. I know things are tough with you with the trial about to start, and getting on that stand. Samantha just, well I think she grew up normal, the kind we never knew a thing about. But know you're always my Mom and I love you regardless always." Ava hugs her Son, as she asks him "Tell me about these lofts?" Jack fills his Mother in on the details. In Javon's office, Keisha sits inside, and asks her fiancé "So since it's 2018 now, let's get married and make our love official." Javon responds "I'm just finalizing all the hassle changing my last name to Evans." Keisha tells Javon "It's nice you and Terrance has grown close. He always watches my back at the Hospital. It's been calm lately since Dr. Barbara's been helping out, and she's training me to run the Research Center." Javon pulls a bottle of wine from under his desk, and asks "Let's have a toast. To family, success, and as your wish is granted baby, we're getting married. We'll use the company jet and elope tonight! Keisha walks over, as Javon pours each a glass, and she kisses them, as they toast.

     At The Holiday Hotel, Brock sits in his room, as there's a knock, and Brock answers, as Xavier stands on the other side, and Brock rolls his eyes and warns his Father "One wrong word Dad and I'll call Aretha or Rachel again and sell them something else. Hard to make it without my trust fund." Xavier walks in, and asks his Son "So how are you keeping this up? I asked Country to look out for you?" Brock asks "The two of you are finally close again?" Xavier nods, as he looks at his Son, and tells him "It's time we make peace. You needed this to learn life ain't easy. It sure as hell isn't for me. I'm certain you'd disagree but it's hell." Brock tells his Father "I just want to be home again." Xavier looks at his Son, and tells him "There's still a room for you. Wanna check out and we'll go back there and surprise your Mom?" There's a knock at the door, as Brock answers and a clerk tells Brock "Mr. Hale said to enjoy the day off." Xavier looks at his Son, and asks "Which Mr. Hale was he referring..." Brock rolls his eyes, as Xavier snarls "You unloyal little bastard. Wade Issac's paying for this? And then you and your Mom call Aretha to help you make money like Jamie did...." Brock is silent, as he tells him "I am my own man." Xavier yells "If you are boy, then you sure as hell are as far from a man than I've ever seen. And just know one damn thing, I'm watching your every, damn, MOVE!" Xavier storms out, as Brock sits down, and is silent, with sadness in his eyes.

    At Beth and Ciarra's Penthouse, Beth is silent, as Ciarra asks her Niece, as Sully and Ruthie has too left after breakfast "You've not said a word since you and Sully read what Xavier brought over. What did it say Beth?" Beth turns to her Aunt, as she calmly, yet with a tone of extreme disappointment "I can't believe what I read. I had a feeling, but this far? This is going to be more hell on our family and I'm not allowing it." Beth heads into her bedroom, as Ciarra looks around and sighs "My Daughter kills her Daughter, and whatever's going on with Xavier has Beth acting worried." Ciarra sits, as the doorbell rings, and Ciarra gets up to answer as Judge Jo Chase stands on the other end, and asks "Ms. Sullivan I would like to talk to you if you would. Please." Ciarra welcomes Jo inside, as Beth walks out of her bedroom and warns Jo "Unless Bobby didn't give the memo my Aunt's not taking the stand." Ciarra's eyes widen, and turns to Beth, and quickly snaps "Yes I am!" Jo asks Ciarra "How was your relationship with Jamie and Summer? I know you grown close to Bree. But how was it with them? You don't have to take the stand. I have a Mama I wouldn't dare put through that sort of ordeal. So just talk to me so I'll know who I'm dealing with." Ciarra tells Jo, as Beth holds Ciarra's hand, nodding as she gently tells her "She's good people Aunt Ciarra." Ciarra distantly, and with sadness tells Jo "I was somewhat close to Summer. But she was just like Jamie. Jamie was just like my Daughter with my beloved Jacob, Lily Corbin. As for Bree, she's tough like a Martin, but just like her true Grandma Ruth Jackson." Jo asks "Why did you give up Jamie to B.R. instead of keeping her? She might of turned out different?" Ciarra answers "My life. My career. And my marriage and relationship with my family would have been finished had that'd happened. I knew B.R. Jackson was a man of his word, and he took care of her. Not sure how he told Ruth, but she was cared for and sadly who she is." Ciarra heads to her bedroom, as Jo asks Beth "Is she finished? She seemed a little edgy." Beth sighs "She's not handling this great at all. And do you have your answers? I can answer some for her as well as she and I are very close. She keeps me going." Jo nods, and tells Beth "I've heard all I needed, now back to reading those papers. Tomorrow I'm meeting with everyone that's going to testify and I'm selecting the jury. Ciarra Sullivan will be at peace Beth. Now don't forget our night out soon." Beth nods, as Jo leaves, and Beth makes a phone call, and hangs up, as she too leaves, headed to Hell Hill.

    At Class, Sully and Ruthie walks into Sully's former office, as Ruthie asks her Mother "When are you going to tell me what you and Gram are so closed-lipped about?" Sully tells her Daughter "I don't know. Now go to work and I'm going to see if Bridget's here." Ruthie hugs her Mom, as she walks out, as Sully heads to Bridget's office, and walks inside, as Bridget enters a few seconds later, as she asks her boss "Decided to get into my private life and snoop around or did Ruthie tell you about last night?" Sully glares at Bridget, as she asks Bridget calmly, but in a stern tone "What about you and Jared? Both of us have moved on. But where is Ruthie included in this little spat you're about to try? Bridget tells Sully "I run this store for you, and Ruthie isn't doing her job and needs to be fired." Sully laughs "Hang on just a minute. If anyone leaves here bitch, it's you! Just try me once and you'll see.' Bridget sits at her desk, as she looks up, and in a snobby tone, goes "If you ever tried, you'd pay for it trust me." Sully warns Bridget "Just remember one thing, if you keep rubbing your affair with Jared in Ruthie's face down here, I'll fire you, and I'll kick your ass if you step out of line with her. This is her legacy! Do you understand me?" Bridget nods, as Sully leaves, and Bridget sits back, and says to herself "You have no idea."

    At HaleCorp, Jared arrives, as Angelica sits inside, and asks her Grandson "Did you and the whore you have something similar in relation to have fun last night?" Jared warns his Grandmother "What are you trying to say because.." Angelica pulls out her phone, and holds it as Jared's eyes widen, and jaw drops as she laughs "Bridget loves sexing Brothers. Tell me Jared, have you had sex with Gracie yet?" Jared slowly asks, knowing his Grandmother knows "How did you know about us?" Angelica walks around her Grandson, as she goes "I had Country track you. He's good at that kind of thing and well you get a raise here, and leave the rest to me and keep on having dumpster sex with Bridget." Angelica walks out, as Jared walks into his office with disbelief. In the lobby, Angelica asks the doorman "Has Mr. Hale arrived? Wade Hale?" The doorman shakes his head, as Angelica leaves. At Class, Bridget is in her office, as Wade walks inside, and asks his Wife "And how are we doing since last night?" Bridget asks Wade "How did you know I was back so soon?" Wade quips "Because I called. And got a gift." Bridget opens the box, and gushes "Flowers!" Bridget looks into Wade's eyes, as they hold each other tight, as they begin to make love. On Bridget's desk, her phone buzzes, as she has three messages awaiting.

     Back at Jackson Inc., Sully arrives in her office, as she's on the phone with Henry "I'm now at work and be warned I'm not damn happy so tell your Mother to get out of my house by the time I get home or I'll help her and that's a promise!" Sully hangs up, as Ava and Jack walks inside as Ava asks her Niece "So what's going on about that envelope Xavier had waiting for him?" Sully looks at her Aunt and Cousin, and tells them "I think I'll leave the explaining to Daddy, or Grandma. Whichever one acts first. All I'll say, is I can't stand seeing my Brother tear my Mom and Dad apart! Daddy's dream is fading, and it's hurting him." Sully gets emotional, as Ava and Jack comfort her. At Class, Ruthie stands at the counter, as Ginny walks over, and asks her Cousin "What's bothering you?" Ruthie takes a deep breath, and cries "I 'm feeling something dark Ginny. This morning we had breakfast and my Mom and Gram's both acting odd. Same for Papaw." Ginny quips "Uncle Xavier's always quiet anyway, well unless you've broken his "laws", as my Dad says." Someone walks up, as they return to work. At The Sunset Club, Xavier sits inside The Jackson Room, as Roger, and Aretha walks inside, as they look at Xavier, as he's angry and asks Roger "Rachel is nowhere to be found correct?" Roger nods, and goes "Just this phone." Aretha asks Xavier "What's up with you Xavier because you don't do this.." Xavier tells them "I have something I want know publicly, and I want social media to be all over this shit when I'm done. Always a first time for everything." A man walks into the room, as he takes a deep breath, and goes "My apologies." As Roger, Aretha, and the man take their places, Xavier begins to speak, as he goes "I am not a perfect man, but it's really bad when in today's society, your only Son can hurt you and stab you in the back. Turn two people in love apart. And the irony, is Wade Issac Hale wants to join in.." At HaleCorp, Wade arrives, as Brock sits in his office, on the phone with his Mother, telling her about his visit earlier." At Hell Hill, Leigh sits in the living room, as she sighs with sadness to her Son "This will be the hardest thing I've ever done, but I'm going to do this and we'll be set and cared for. He'll learn from this experience he's about to get. I gotta go. I'm packing his things." Leigh hangs up with Brock, as the front door opens, and Beth holds the envelope, and glares at Leigh silently, as Leigh warns her Mother In Law "You can't help but to go fight for your Son when he cries can you? Yeah that's what you think it is! And yes it will happen..." Beth walks up to Leigh and slaps her forcefully, and snarls angrily, bending down "You're about to regret ever telling Xavier you were alive."

    

    
    
   
     

    

Daylight And Darkness: The Next Chapter, Episode 10. The Unexpected

     As evening has arrived, at Jackson Inc, Xavier returns to his office, as he sees an evenlope addressed to him sitting on his desk. Xavier's attention is turned, as Bobby walks inside, and quips "And did we win our bet?" Xavier nods, and asks "Wonder who left this for me while I was at the Courthouse?" Bobby tells him "Likely the secretary brought it in here since you like to stay on top of everything, and it looks legit." Xavier opens it, as Bobby stands by his side, and Xavier pulls out a large, detailed statement and Bobby tells him "Hand those to me." Xavier takes a deep breath, as he tries to retain his calm, and Bobby asks Xavier "Are you ok?" Xavier is silent, as he leaves in a fury, and Jack walks inside, as he asks Bobby "What just happened? I heard Jamie's trial starts in a few days." Bobby looks at Jack, and tells him, as he grabs his jacket "That's not pertaining to Jamie. This could be damning all around. He needs to inform you when it's time." Bobby leaves, as Jack follows as the sky has darkened outside. At the elevator, both are silent, as Bobby gets a text from Jo, telling him "Got her back for sleeping with Chase! Felt good. This will be a home run for all of us except her." Bobby smiles, as Jack heads to Whispering Hills, and Bobby returns to his office.

   At The Sunset Club, Ava, Bree, and Aretha sits at a table as Ava orders drinks, and yells "It's on me. A toast to the best D.A. in Adam's Landing!" Bree tells her Aunt "I'm not feeling very celebratory right now." Aretha asks Ava "Where's Beth?" Ava tells her "She went back to update Ciarra. And now let's just enjoy that for once justice is gonna get served to someone that really deserves the harshest punishment imaginable. I suggest a stake..." Bree throws up her hands, and smiles at her Aunt, and goes "The state only does injections Aunt Ava, and let's just have dinner and I can go home to rest up for this." Rachel walks over, as Ava warns Rachel "You must have a death wish. Why are you bothering us with your presence?" Rachel looks at Aretha, and asks her in a cocky tone "Are you getting close to the D.A. for the big story? I want a turn." Ava gets up, and tells Rachel in a bold tone "We won't tell you a damn thing! I'm sure Jamie's done informed you all you need to know and will know as far as I am concerned." Rachel tells Ava "We both want Jamie gone. She owes me too. And I played her at her own game too and now sleep with her Husband and run The Gossiper. We're on the same side for once and no worries about me trying to sleep with your Son." Ava looks down, and goes "Well excuse us for now, and please if you are sincere, don't write anything about anyone in my family or I'll destroy you for good." Rachel leaves, as the waiter arrives with dinner and drinks, as Ava, Bree, and Aretha has dinner, while Rachel stands outside, as she calls Roger and tells him "I'm on my way home baby. Got some good news for you." Roger, sitting in the den at The Lord Estate, answers "Overjoyed. See you soon." Roger hangs up, as he reads his tablet, and says to himself "I always wanted a Son. Hmm.."

    At Beth and Ciarra's Penthouse, Beth walks inside, as Ciarra asks her Niece "It's been awhile since you called." Beth tells her Aunt "I went over to The Farm and spent some time with Frank, Cale, and Allison for a little while. And I see you are dressed." Ciarra warns Beth "Precious isn't to have anymore deli fried chicken from Jim's. Too many walks!" Beth sighs "Well hate to tell that to him." The doorbell rings, as Ciarra tells Beth "If it's Leigh, may not want to answer it." Beth rolls her eyes, as she opens to find Sully, as Beth asks her Granddaughter "You seem pissed? What's going on?" Sully sits down, as Beth and Ciarra sits next to her, as Sully goes "Someone's in town I didn't want to see." Beth asks "Well sweetie, who's in town?" Sully tells her Grandmother and Great-Aunt "Randi Camden. Henry's Mother. Walked in to see she was there, and I imagine staying. Henry would be insulted for her to stay in a motel. Although I'd feel better. She's a bitch." Beth takes a deep breath, and sighs "That name sounds familiar to me. Just keep me informed in case I need to explain things to her gently, as always." Ciarra and Sully both laugh, along with Beth, as she tells them something, as Sully goes "She seems shady as hell." At Sully's Mansion, in the living room, Henry sits in the living room as Miranda "Randi" Camden, Henry's Mother, walks out of kitchen, and brings her Son another glass of liquor, as she cries "After your Dad and I got together, your siblings disowned me. I felt it was best to just move here and make up for the years lost." Henry tells his Mother "I love you Mama. Go pick a room and make yourself comfortable."

    Meanwhile at Wade and Bridget's Mansion, Bridget walks downstairs, as she tells her Husband "I've got to go check on some things tomorrow in the Unity location of Class." Wade blows his Wife a kiss, as she walks out, and once outside sends a text to Jared, who sits in the living room to his loft in Downtown. Back inside Wade and Bridget's Mansion, Angelica walks into the living room, as she asks her Grandson "The whore's off with another man I take it." Wade answers "Likely. But she said it pertained to work." Angelica is silent, as she asks Wade "So I was told Xavier Jackson Jr was at HaleCorp today." Wade nods, and proudly exclaims "He's in our intern program.." Angelica goes "Hold on a moment Grandson. I do not want to wage battle against Xavier or his family. His Son is trouble if his own Father's cut him off. Think about this Wade." Wade tells his Grandmother "I have always wanted to get revenge on Xavier for those visits to The Storm Shelter, and the pain he's put me and Rachel through." Angelica tells Wade "I seen Rachel today at the Courthouse. I think she's just using Roger to get ownership of The Gossiper." Wade quips "That's the Rachel I know and love. She is happy and seems to have found peace." Angelica tells her Grandson, giving him a kiss "And you should find peace and divorce Bridget. You are miserable my poor little Wade." Wade takes a deep breath, as Angelica heads upstairs to call it a night, as he makes a phone call to Rachel, which goes to voicemail. He then calls Bridget, as she answers as she drives to Jared's Loft and snaps "Wade I am not cheating on you! I'm just going on a business trip in a dumpy town below another dump we call home currently." Wade tells his Wife "I don't really give a shit anymore Bridget. You want to act like this, then two can play that game. And stop giving Grandmother a hard time! That's an order you best follow at my command when you return!" Wade hangs up, as he leaves, and heads to The Holiday Hotel.

     At Hell Hill, Leigh walks downstairs, as she carries a suitcase, as there's a knock at the door, and Leigh answers to find Ruthie on the other end, as Leigh asks her Granddaughter "It's getting late, and Sully will be worried." Ruthie asks her Grandmother "Can I stay here?" Leigh asks "Are you sure you'd want to? X and I aren't getting along well. Is it because of the trash Sully's seeing?" Ruthie nods, and sighs "I just don't like him Grandma. Papaw seems to think he's a great person. Leigh snarks "Anyone willing to put a bullet in someone is good in your Papaw's book. He's really turned into a real cold bastard." Ruthie goes "He's nice to me and Cain. He's also treats Mom like royalty and Aunt Gracie." Leigh tells her Granddaughter "Go tough it out tonight at home and call me if Henry causes any problems. I just don't think it's wise you are here tonight." Ruthie gets emotional, and tells her Grandmother "Papaw said I can always stay here." Leigh hugs Ruthie, and tells her with sadness "You don't want to be here tonight. Maybe next time." Ruthie leaves, as she looks towards the door, as she starts to cry. Inside, Leigh pours a drink, as she says to herself "Any minute now before that door swings open and hell breaks loose. But you did it to yourself Xavier."

    Meanwhile, Bree returns to her Mansion, as Paul sits inside, and Bree asks Paul "So used the other key to await my arrival?" Paul tells Bree "Dad told me to come by and check in and you weren't here." Bree sits down, as she looks at Paul, with sadness, as she tells him with tears "I'm about to send my Mom to jail to die for killing my Sister, well making it happen!" Paul reminds Bree "Dad would be glad to put someone in your place if you don't want to since it is a conflict of interest." Bree yells angrily "No Paul! This is my job to do. Not Xavier's way. Not Aunt Ava's way. I plan to give my family the peace they've longed for, especially Aunt Ava. Paul quips "Locking your Mom in a cell and setting it on fire and inviting Ava to watch?" Bree rolls her eyes, as Paul tells Bree "I'm joking. Look, I know this is tearing you apart. Since the boys are back in School.." Bree looks at Paul, and cries "Those boys are the last pieces of my Sister I've got left. You've done a great job with them. Paul tells her "We know Jared's raising Russ, but at least he's working with me. I'm keeping her family together!" Bree starts to cry, as she cries "Summer wasn't perfect. Grandma never let her forget her birth destroyed the family literally. It's been so much and she loved Mom. And once Mom got with Angelica, wrote those damn books.. And then married Roger Lord and turned into a monster. Money turned her into someone I hate." Paul asks Bree "Do you think Jamie killed Summer because she was a threat?" Bree heads to the stairway, as she prepares to call it a night, and asks Paul "Going back to Bobby's?" Paul answers "I guess so." Bree asks Paul "Will you stay with me? I need a friend." Paul hugs Bree, as they look into each other's eyes intently fighting their attraction.

    At Jack and Samantha's Home at Whispering Hills, Samantha walks into the living room, as Jack walks in and gives his Wife a kiss and tells his Wife "It's quiet around here." Samantha asks her Husband "Did you go with Ava to court today?" Jack tells his Wife "I let her have her space. Aunt Aretha was there as was the family." Samantha sighs "More enablers for her to booze it up. And likely Beth took her back to her old office at City Hospital and lit up." Jack gets frustrated, and asks Samantha "Why are you pushing your buttons with Mom? Jamie's on trial and it's really bothering her. She has to re-live a time of her life she hates." Samantha snaps "Grandpa died, she kicked up her smoking and drinking. Our Son finding Casey Ryan tied up in her basement.." Jack goes "Baby, I'm tired of this same old argument each and every day. Let's call it a night, and break in the new year for us, the right way instead." Samantha wraps her arms around Jack and asks "Roleplay or just backseat?" Jack grins, as they head to their bedroom, as they undress each other, and make love.
 
    Back at Sully's Mansion, Sully walks inside, as Henry is passed out, and Randi walks downstairs, and smiles and slurs "Ahh Sully. The bitch that tried to hurt my Daughter when you lived on the lake." Sully snarks back "Randi Camden. Nothing but an old racist bitch that's likely here because she was shunned by her kids for being a selfish whore." Randi walks up to Sully, and snaps "Henry's Father died and I came to tell him and I'm living here as well. I'm staying in the room to the end upstairs. Henry said to pick a room." Sully answers "And as owner of this home you can sleep on the floor like any other bitch I don't want under my roof. That's my Daughter's room." Randi walks upstairs, as Sully walks over to Henry, and slaps him slightly on the face, as he wakes and smiles "See who came to stay?" Sully tells Henry "Go to bed so your Mom has a place to sleep tonight. Tomorrow I'll personally buy her a suite." Henry warns Sully "Now that's my Mother and you can't throw her out unless I agree." Sully tells her Fiancé sternly "I own this house, and my name's on it. Therefore Henry, whatever I say, goes. And there's many places Randi Camden can go, but she won't be under my roof." Henry gets up and walks upstairs, as the door opens, and Ruthie walks inside, and Sully asks her Daughter "And where were you this late?" Ruthie tells her Mother "I asked Grandma if I could stay with her and Papaw. She said no." Ruthie asks her Mother "What do you see in that scumbag?" Sully sits her Daughter down, and holds her hand, and gently tells her "He's simple. And very flawed. But always know you and Cain have my heart and when Mommy says enough, you'll be the first to know." Ruthie asks "Are you dropping a clue Mom?" Randi comes downstairs, as she laughs "Almost tripped." Ruthie turns to her Mother with distain, as Sully also rolls her eyes, as she tells Randi "Linens are in the closet." Sully and Ruthie walks upstairs, as Ruthie asks her Mother "Randi Camden's staying here? Did you approve this?" Sully hugs her Daughter, and answers "The bitch better be gone tomorrow. Love you sweet girl." Ruthie heads to her bedroom, as Sully walks into her bedroom, as Henry lays on the bed, and Sully boldly warns Henry "I want you to know this isn't Loma Vista, and I call the shots in this house! So take a pill and make sure you're awake before me in the morning and do it for Mom, or I'll give her a nice wake up call." Henry passes back out, as Sully sighs "Well, looks like I'll have the honors."

     As night has fallen upon Adam's Landing, Wade sits at the bar inside The Holiday Hotel, as a young woman sits next to him, as they talk to each other. Wade asks her "So why come to a town as warped as this one?" The woman answers "I ask myself the same question, why?" Wade orders a round of drinks, as the woman tells Wade "I've enjoyed talking to you tonight. And thanks for the drinks. I have my preferences though." Wade asks the woman, as he's drunk "Ever looked at someone, and know that was the one? I really find you attractive. Let me walk you to your room." The woman accepts, as she and Wade heads to her room. At Bree's Mansion, Bree lays in bed, as she has a flashback, and opens her laptop, as Paul rolls over, and tells Bree "Put that laptop down and get some sleep." Bree tells Paul "We shouldn't be doing this. Maybe you should.." Paul kisses Bree, as she is taken back, and gives in as they begin to make love. Meanwhile at Beth and Ciarra's Penthouse, Beth smokes a joint, as Ciarra's went to bed for the evening, and a quiet knock's heard. Beth answers, as a young girl stands outside, and asks Beth "Sorry it's late. I live across from you and Ms. Sullivan and read in the lobby something about a dog sitter?" Beth answers "Come back tomorrow and discuss that with Ms. Sullivan. Now go to bed. Aren't you and your roomie in college." The girl nods, as Beth smiles "I was once in college and know the struggle. You're hired. Now go rest up for your exams and we'll talk more." The girl smiles and asks "Do I smell..." Beth grins, and goes "Just for me. Now rest. And goodnight." The girl heads across the hall, as she and her roommate lives in Sully and Jared's former penthouse, renting it from Sully. At Hell Hill, Leigh sits on the couch, as she looks at the door, as she sends a text to her Son, and tells Brock "Your Father's not home yet. See you tomorrow." The door swings open suddenly, as Xavier looks at his Wife, as he tells her with a tone of disgust, and calm "Seems I received some papers at the office Leigh. Bobby was there and we read them together. I merely hope this is just a scare, otherwise you've just made the worst mistake of your life." Leigh yells at her Husband "You did this to yourself X! Time to make peace with our Son! If you love me, you will! Otherwise this is the deal and unlike in your normal world, you won't win this battle if he isn't back home tomorrow in this house!" Leigh points to a suitcase, and tells her "I'm serious Xavier Jackson." Xavier walks over to the suitcase, and tells his Wife, as he picks up the suitcase "I'll go talk to him tomorrow. For you." Leigh yells "Do it for yourself!" As Xavier heads upstairs, with the envelope in his pocket, and suitcase in hand, he looks down, and warns Leigh "I didn't raise a thief and a piece of shit. And also so you know, if this fails, you'll be the one moving out of here!" Xavier calls it a night, as Leigh looks up, and heads to the kitchen, and opens a bottle.
   

    

    

     
   

Daylight And Darkness: The Next Chapter, Episode 9. Betryal In The First Degree

    At The Adam's Landing Courthouse, everyone sits down, as Ava looks towards Beth, Frank, Xavier, Cale, and Allison, as Jo sits and silently reads up the papers on the case before her "She hasn't said a word." Frank is quiet, as he goes "Damn she looks good these days like she did in high school." Beth turns to Frank, and asks "And what secret could you be hiding?" Frank shrugs "A few dates and my second time." Cale and Allison's eyes widen. Meanwhile at the table where Jamie and her attorney, Luke Mason sits, Luke asks Jamie "Now if the chance does come that you're freed, wanna go up to where I live in the months that's name is shared with.." Jamie snarls "I want everything I earned back also." Luke quips "I can only do so much." Over at the table where Bree and Bobby sits, Bree is silent, as Jo tells everyone in the courtroom "I want a verdict now after reading all of that!" Luke stands, and yells "Your honor I know this is a town my client's family is known for buying people off, but I ask for a fair trial at most. Even at least two percent fairness." Bree stands, as she counters "I will be fair on prosecuting my Mother." Jamie glares towards her Daughter, as Jo laughs "Now everyone today we just get Jamie to tell us whether or not she's guilty, which we know she is. My God. That low to take your Sister's Husband Jamie?" Jamie snaps at Jo "It's Ms. Lord to you." Jo snaps back "And I'm the judge and you can kiss my soon to be retired after this case ass! Now I would just like a simple plea so we can all go back to our lives! Mine includes reading this paperwork." Luke looks at Jamie, as Bree also turns and stares at her Mother, as Bobby looks towards Jo, as she gives him a thumbs up. In the back, Frank tells them "She's always been sensitive. Why we never lasted. Then she married Jeffrey Chase, and they started a law firm together up in LaFayette for many years until he passed and she took the bench full time and sold the firm." On the other side of the room, Angelica sends a text to Roger, that reads "She's going to swim in the river after the trial with this judge."

     At Class, Ruthie sits inside her Mother's former office, currently used by Ruthie, as she's following Sully's footsteps becoming a fashion designer, as Jared walks in and Ruthie asks her Father "I see you stay too busy to call me. Cain's on his way back to boarding school. I took him to the airport this morning and think we're growing closer though he idolizes that bum Henry too much." Ruthie takes a deep breath, as she looks at her Dad, and asks him "Why can't you and Mom reunite?" Jared tells his Daughter "Sully is different now. Too much like Xavier. That's not a good trait to have sweetie." Ruthie disagrees, telling her Father "Dad, if used correctly. Mom though seems weak with Henry. I don't like him at all. She's better than him." Bridget walks inside, as she tells Ruthie "I need some salespeople on the floor right now. Samantha Hale needs some help!" Jared hugs his Daughter, and tells her "Let's have dinner tonight and we'll talk more. Go help the team." Ruthie heads out, as Bridget looks at Jared, and laughs "Nice way to sneak down to visit me." Jared tells Bridget "We both had too much to drink at Jazz, and that was one time!" Bridget tells Jared "I'm almost about to be available since Wade can't get away from Granny." Jared reminds her "I'm raising Russ also on my own and I want to be single. And you're married to my Brother who I have to see daily. May I too add, I can't stand?" Bridget kisses Jared, as he doesn't fight back, as they wrap their arms around each other, as they try their best to stop themselves from passion. Meanwhile in the store, Ruthie sees Samantha, as she asks Ruthie "I told Bridget I didn't need assistance. Only about one thing non related to shopping." Ruthie takes a deep breath, with red in her eyes as she snarls "That whore." Jared walks out, as Bridget tells Ruthie "Well false alarm on help it seems." Samantha looks at Bridget, and tells her "You are lucky Sully hasn't fired you." Ruthie laughs "Mom keeps her on here to keep tabs on her." Bridget storms off, as Samantha asks Ruthie, changing subjects "So how did you know Ava's drinking?" Ruthie tells her "Mom. and Uncle Jack. I worry about the man Mom's seeing. He really enjoys anything alcohol and Mom turns the other way." Samantha looks at Ruthie, and tells her "If you need someone to talk to, call me. We are family, and I guess your Aunt." Ruthie hugs Samantha, as she leaves, and Ruthie walks upstairs, into Bridget's office, and boldly warns her "Ever interrupt my Dad and I from visiting again I'll tell Mom and well, she already told you the outcome." Bridget, in a snarky and cocky tone, laughs to Ruthie "Well you are innocent, and Mommies and Daddies move on. So get used to it. We share something much older than you." Now go to your area and draw me a picture little girl." Ruthie walks out, as she fumes with anger, as Bridget checks her email, as she opens one to reveal a photo, as Bridget gasps with fear in her eyes.

    At The Holiday Hotel, Brock sits inside his suite, as Leigh walks around, and tells her Son "I have met with Monica, and I'll make sure you have what you deserve from Xavier whether he wants you to have it or not. He's about to get a taste of his own damn medicine." Brock tells his Mother "Gram sent me this last night." Leigh reads Beth's message to Brock, as Leigh yells "Beth can go to hell on her praises for a man that only loves those who praise him and never calls out his twisted bullshit he has done over the years!" Brock asks his Mother "So are we going to sell anymore stories so I can pay for this suite and you won't have to face the wrath of Dad?" Leigh tells her Son "He's going to take care of you. I'll make sure of that!" Leigh hugs her Son, as she leaves, and Brock heads downstairs, taking the stairs, as he sends a text, saying "I'll be down shortly."

    Meanwhile at Jackson Inc, Sully, Jack, and Javon are inside Sully's office as Sully tells them "All our retail chains are doing well. I'm going to try some things with Class and Emery's, but Jim's is Daddy's call." Javon tells them "We've really rebounded as a company and I am seeing something promising for us to consider." Javon pulls out his phone, as Sully and Jack looks, and Sully asks Javon "A school turned into lofts. Alford Lofts does sound nice and would be wise to buy into completely. Good area too." Javon asks Sully "Want to buy the property since there's a chance?" Sully nods, as Jack heads off to make the phone call, and Javon looks at Sully, and asks her "So what's with you dating a proud criminal like Henry Jennings?" Sully responds asking "How does it feel having a Great Uncle who is a proud killer named Sayyid Ross?" Javon is quiet, as he too heads to his office, as Sully returns to work, and thinks of Henry. At Sully's Mansion, Henry takes a drink, as his phone rings and he walks into the living room to answer it, and Jared warns Henry "If you hurt my children I'll make your days hell. Sully is a hell of a lot better than you and deserves better!" Henry yells at Jared "We are fine and you are jealous because Summer Whitten is dead and she would proudly give you what you wanted. Sully's moved on loser. You, Jared Hale is a loser. A sorry piece of shit Father of a loser." Jared starts to yell at Henry, as the doorbell rings, and Henry lays the phone down, and pours another glass of moonshine, as he heads to the door, and opens it and is silent, as the person at the door is quiet, and goes "Well it's all over back home. So here I am." Henry hugs them. Meanwhile, as he drives to HaleCorp, Jared notices no response, as he yells "Henry!" Henry!" Jared hangs up, with rage in his eyes. At Sully's Mansion, Henry welcomes the person inside and goes "Make yourself at home and I'll pour us a strong one."

    Back at Adam's Landing Courthouse, Ava stands in the hallway, with her Brothers, Cale, Allison, Beth, Willie, and Aretha, as Ava takes a drink from her flask, as she shakes, and Beth assures her "Everything will be fine. Bobby's right there next to Bree and she's sending Jamie away forever. That judge's already on our side I think." Everyone agrees with Beth. Inside the Courtroom, Bree stands alone at her desk, as Country walks up and hugs his Daughter, and tells her "I love you." Angelica also walks inside, as she walks towards Jamie, as Luke sits next to her, and immediately warns Angelica "Stay away from Ms. Lord!" Angelica laughs in an evil tone "How's Jake, Russ, and Evan? Are you a hands on Granny.." Bree yells to the baliffs "Please have this woman removed from the courtroom!" Angelica warns Bree "Better win or the little whore you called Summer Whitten, her kids will be Hales, with the Hale name! And I'll make sure they are taught the Santiago family values unlike simpletons like yourself." Angelica walks out of the Courtroom, as Bree and Luke get their files ready when the judge walks back inside. Jamie is silent, with anger in her eyes. In the Judge's Chambers, Jo tells Bobby "She and her Brother hired a man to literally rape her Sister so she could sleep with Russell Marx and have him to herself. And then make Ava out to be the whore?" Bobby nods, and sighs "A dark time in the Jackson family saga. Ruth divorced B.R. once he covered things up with his donation." Jo sighs with sadness "That was B.R. Jackson. He ran this town. And I remember Ava before that happened. She was the sharpest mind I knew." Bobby sighs "She still is, but losing Winston, and all that pain really changed her. Were y'all friends?" Jo answers "Kind of. We both slept with Allan James once." Bobby laughs, as Jo asks her longtime friend "Ready to get the bitch's plea so we can just all go home?" Bobby nods, as Jo tells him "I'm honored to retire with this case. My son, Ryan wanted to also send his thanks." Bobby tells her "It was no problem. I'm just the mayor." They laugh as they head back to the Courtroom.

     At HaleCorp, Jared returns, as Wade sits inside his office, and asks his Brother "So went to visit my Niece, and likely flirted with my Wife while there I take it knowing how we are." Jared snaps at his Brother "You don't know me like that! Bridget is in charge of Class, or so she thinks if I know Sully." Wade gets a call, and goes "Send him in." The door opens, as Brock walks inside and Wade tells Jared "He's going to be an intern for HaleCorp. Be our version of you basically at Jackson Inc when Xavier liked you." Brock is quiet, as Jared warns Wade "This is a bad idea. He is the Son of a man that would be thrilled if either of us was killed tomorrow." Brock adds "Me three!" Wade tells Jared in a cocky tone "Brock will work out fine here and Grandmother will be happy when I tell her later." Wade leaves, as Jared looks at Brock, and asks his former Brother In Law "How's being a grown up treating you? I read the story." Brock tells Jared "Life's been hell for me because I'm the namesake of Xavier Jackson and such a shadow to live up to. It's too damn much. Why I like to be called Brock." They begin to talk, as Wade listens outside, and gets an idea.

     Back at Sully's Mansion, Henry and the guest lay back in the living room, as they ask in a slurred tone "Anymore of that stuff we just finished off?" Henry answers "Nope." The guests goes "Well damn! Now time to go buy some good hard stuff and get trashed. I'd prefer that in my old age." Henry asks the person "You've acted like something's happened. What happened?" The person tells him, which sends Henry into tears, as he and the person hug, as the door opens, and Sully stands back, as she is silent. At Class, Bridget sits inside her office, as Ginny arrives and tells Bridget "I was stuck in traffic." Bridget snarks "Likely lazy from the trip to the beach. If only we all could do that.." Ginny snaps at her boss "Why are you such a bitch?" Bridget gets up, and reminds Ginny in a calm tone "Since Wade considers you his Niece, you can call me Aunt Bridget and that's the reason there. Now go make some sales for the company so when Aunt Bridget strikes on her own, she has something to use to back up the talk." Ginny walks out, and heads to Ruthie's office, as Ruthie asks Ginny "Why do you bother talking to Bridget? My Mom owns this. She really runs things." Ginny sits down, as she tells her Cousin "She talks down to me like I'm below her and I've had enough of it." Ruthie laughs, as she finishes a design "We could always go see Mom at her office. It should be quiet today." Ruthie and Ginny heads to Jackson Inc. Inside Bridget's office, Bridget talks on the phone with Jared, as he's in his office at HaleCorp, and asks "So my place tonight around Midnight?" Bridget tells him "Maybe sooner. I've come up with a reason to not come home. Call you later." Bridget hangs up, as she looks up, and sighs "Wade, you've pushed me to this."

    At Beth and Ciarra's Penthouse, Ciarra walks inside with Precious, as she tells him "I needed that walk. Thank you for being nice today. I'm already shamed enough just walking by a coffee shop where there's television." Ciarra sits down, as there's a knock at the door, and Ciarra answers, as Leigh stands on the other end, and Ciarra warns Leigh, noticing a scheming eye "I'm not getting involved Leigh! It's between Xavier, and Brock. Now I want to go back to my life behind these curtains and have my solitude." Leigh tells her "If you love Brock, then you need to do it for him." Ciarra asks "Do what for Brock?" Leigh answers "I'll pay you back with interest if you can help him out. I want to save things with X." Ciarra is silent, as Leigh awaits her answer, and Ciarra goes "I'll call you on that." and shuts the door. Leigh grows angry, and makes a phone call. At The Adam's Landing Courthouse, Jo returns inside, after she laughs "Had to take a smoke break before returning. Now Jamie! Do we have the correct plea?" In the back, Ava, Frank, Beth, Xavier, Cale, Allison, Willie, Aretha, and Country sits on Bree's side of the Courtroom, as the door opens behind, as Rachel sneaks in, sitting behind Angelica, as she tells Rachel "Good thing to see you working for once." At Jamie's table, Luke argues to the Judge "This is a bullshit trail paid and bought by Xavier Jackson's family and Roger Lord! You read those papers I hope and know what's said in there! She's a poor victim of a sick, twisted bunch and we don't know if Summer's really dead or alive!" Bree yells from her side, with Bobby sitting next to her "This is my Mom playing the victim card. She didn't like seeing the things she has done to people done back to her, such as Roger and Summer's one night stand that the woman walked in and witnessed. Karma!" Jo laughs "Oh yes I'd say so. Even being set on fire by her own Sister one would think would stop this madness!" Jamie yells "I'm innocent damnit!" Jo laughs at Jamie "Are you pleading not guilty? All I wanna hear from you is a plea and court is over for today." Jamie yells "Damn right not guilty. I did NOT kill my Daughter!" Jo swings the gavel, as she releases the court, and Bobby heads to the judge's chambers, as Bree walks over to her Mother, and warns her "You will pay for taking my Sister from her three boys, and from me. All the things you've done to the people I love, you will pay heavy." The jailer arrives to take Jamie back to jail, as Jamie's silent, and Bree's embraced by her Father, as Country holds his Daughter as she cries with hurt, and anger. In the back, Frank gets emotional as well, as Beth and Cale console him, as Ava walks outside and Xavier, Willie, and Aretha follow, as Ava tells them "She's about to be away forever. Too damn long." Xavier, Willie, and Aretha comforts Ava, as Rachel and Angelica walk out, as Rachel looks at Angelica as she reads a text, and smiles "So he's really mine to have and you'll promise that to me?" Ava and Xavier notice Rachel, and Ava quips "At least she's not my problem anymore. Inside the Courtroom, Frank comforts his Niece, as Bobby assures Country "She's got this won." In a hallway heading towards the back of the Courthouse, Jamie is stopped by Jo, and is slapped forcefully, as Jo snaps angrily "That's for sleeping with my Husband you whore! Just know I'm going to enjoy watching you cringe in your chair as your story's told and I hold your fate. This will be exciting now won't it? I'd say it will." Jo leaves, as Jamie's carried back to jail.

    

   

     
    


   

Daylight And Darkness: The Next Chapter, Episode 8. A Daughter's Quandry

     It's the next morning in Adam's Landing, and at Hell Hill, Leigh walks downstairs, as she is silent, as she's alone and makes a phone call, telling the person on the other line "Meet me here to discuss what I mentioned last night." Leigh is silent, as she looks at her wedding portrait of her and Xavier, as she snarls "I'd never dreamed you'd turn into B.R. Jackson!" At Jackson Inc, Xavier sits inside his office, as Bobby stands inside, as does Sully and Henry and Jack, as Xavier asks Bobby "So who will be the judge at Jamie's trial?" Bobby takes a deep breath, and answers "A lady I know will send her straight to Lexington. Judge Jo." Sully asks "Who is she?" Henry tells Sully "She let me go once for a charge. But she's unpredictable as hell." Bobby assures them "Oh she already read up on the case, and told me to tell all of you she's going to enjoy herself. With her, that means entertainment and she really got into Ava's past. So it's safe to say Jamie's ass is about to be rotting in a cell." Xavier changes subjects, and asks "And who can tell me about this?" Xavier holds up his tablet, with the cover story to The Exposer, as Sully gasps, and asks "Did Aretha Evans get her computer hacked?" Xavier answers "No. This is your Mother Princess. She's still helping that bastard you have for a Brother and I have as a namesake and well, it's just about to get dirty." Bobby tells everyone "Well time to head down to the Courthouse." Xavier looks at his Nephew, and asks Jack "Are you going down there to support your Mother?" Jack sighs "After last night, she let me know she wanted her space." Jack walks out, as Sully tells Henry "I need to talk to Daddy for a moment and then we'll go to my office." Henry walks out, as Sully asks her Father "Are you going down to the Courthouse to support Aunt Ava?" Xavier nods, and adds "I got a meeting though today and I'll tell you later. Keep tabs on things here, and I'll come by after my meeting." Sully asks her Father, as Xavier opens the door "And who are you meeting?" Xavier kisses his Daughter, and whispers "It's secret for now." Xavier heads to the Courthouse, as Henry waits in the lobby, as he asks Sully "And is it now my cue to head home?" Sully kisses Henry, and tells him "It is. I'm about to meet with Mom today. Might be wise." Henry nods in agreement, and leaves, as Sully sits back, as she reads The Exposer, and says to herself "If you did this Mom, you just made a mistake you'll seriously regret."

     At The ALPD, Bree sits inside her office, as Paul walks in, and tells Bree, holding a bag "The boys made you some gifts. We were expecting you last night." Bree tells Paul "I'm more preoccupied about bringing my Mother to justice once and for damn all. Killing my damn Sister was too much!" Paul reminds Bree "She owed money to Angelica Hale, and we know..." Bree yells "As much as it sickens me to say, Angelica the devil herself is actually innocent and provided evidence and has accepted to take the stand." Paul asks "And Ava?" Bree quips "Likely already at the Courthouse." In Jamie's cell, the jailer arrives, as he tells Jamie "You have a visitor." Jamie rolls her eyes, as she sighs with disgust "I don't want to see anyone." The jailer opens the cell, and boldly tells her "It's your Brother." Jamie walks into the visitation room, as Frank sits on the other side, as Jamie goes "I'm so thankful you survived that heart transplant and still here for.." Frank tells his Sister "Wait just a damn minute Jamie before you start this ass kissing session. I'm here to tell you that I will help Bree however I can to make sure you stay in jail. Jamie gasps "Frank! I tried to save your life. I did everything you.." Frank yells angrily at his Sister "And Cale filled me in once I recovered and Beth also added her two cents. You wanted me to die too? The only one in this damn family that had your back? You aren't who I thought you were. I defended you so many damn times. I should have stepped in and helped you and Junior go to Prison after what y'all did to Ava.." Jamie yells "Tell me, has that bitch ever helped you? Does she even give a shit about you Frank? Ava is a crazy demented drunk!" Frank snaps "You helped her get there a long time ago and now Jamie, you've lost me too and I will be taking that stand. I also finally read those excerpts from that trashy book and yeah Jamie, screw you. See you in court!" Frank walks out, as Jamie yells for the jailer, as he tells her "Time to head to the Courthouse."

     At The Evans Home, Willie walks out of her bedroom, as Aretha asks her Mother "Looks like you're dressed for church!" Willie tells her Daughter "Ruth would be on the front row for this trial if she was here. She detested that little bitch so much. I'm going for her, and testifying." Aretha gets a text, as she sighs "Shit, that story has been seen by Xavier." Willie asks her Daughter "You didn't? I hope you didn't?" Aretha tells her Mother "Brock came by my office with Leigh and he told his story and I paid him for it since he was hurting for money.." Willie shakes her head, as she goes "Aretha that boy is pushing his buttons and played you." Aretha tells her Mother "Let's go to the Courthouse now, and we'll deal with Xavier when we get there. He's going to be there today." Willie warns her Daughter "Don't forget about that time you wrote about his Daughter Millie and his threats. You wrote about family Aretha for ratings. And that's going to bite you if you don't tell the truth to Xavier." Aretha asks her Mother "Have you heard anything from Ciarra?" Willie sighs with sadness "She's really down right now over Jamie's trial. I've wanted to check in with her, and she keeps blowing me off." Aretha hugs her Mother, and goes "If she ain't at the Courthouse, we'll just drop in when we leave." Willie warns "Best hope Beth ain't there. She may read you the riot act over this!" Aretha answers "I've spoke to her too and she is more angry at Brock and Leigh." Willie sighs "I feel another war brewing." Aretha opens the door, as she agrees with her Mother.

      Meanwhile at Lord Incorporated, Roger sits inside his office, as he reads the morning news, with a smile on his face as he laughs "What happens when you cross me." The door opens, as Carver walks inside, and asks Roger "So still holding a grudge? Roger laughs "Well once Aretha saw that you weren't faithful that just ended things for the two of you. That was gratifying to watch." Carver takes a deep breath, and tells Roger "That was low for you. But what you are doing is lower." Roger asks Carver in a calm, yet distant tone "You mean playing the field? I'm currently playing around with Rachel Lane. That girl is great in bed. And if you want to keep a job, then best not get any ideas." Carver tells Roger "Don't worry about me sleeping with Rachel, but if I were you I'd get a STD test done. That girl's been around." Roger smiles "Which makes her such a freak in the bedroom. Now Carver I'm expecting a mutual friend and I request privacy." Carver walks out, as he tells Roger "If it's who I think, then I still have a woman." Roger laughs "Her sex toy. Only Angelica's sex toy." Carver walks out, rolling his eyes, as Roger sits in his office, and makes a phone call to Rachel, but to no response.

     At Beth and Ciarra's Penthouse, Beth walks inside with Precious, as she sighs "Cold weather and this spoiled dog doesn't mix." Ciarra is distant, as Beth asks her Aunt "Why aren't you dressed for the trial?" Ciarra goes "I'm not going Beth. I want to forget it. I just want to forget Jamie Lord lives and breathes. If only abortions had of been ok in those days. I'd had one. Worst mistake of my life, and the last words Tennessee told me before she passed away. I regret ever saying anything." Beth asks her Aunt "You did gain a Granddaughter in Bree, and she needs you down there." Ciarra tells Beth "I'm not Ruth, and I can't comfort her like she could. I just lucked out when it came to children. I wish Jamie was dead." Beth tells her Aunt "Well Aunt Ciarra, maybe go down there and say a few things and it might happen. That judge would love to hear your side." Ciarra tells her Niece "Just go and give Bree a hug from me and tell her I'm here if she needs me." Beth hugs her Aunt, with sadness, as she heads to the Courthouse.

     Meanwhile back at Hell Hill, Monica sits inside the living room, as Leigh keeps a tab on a radio, as Monica asks "Why are you listening to security?" Leigh answers "In case Brock shows up I can let him in. Xavier's banned him from Hell Hill, Jackson Inc. And I'm the bad person for supporting my Son. I'm tired of it Monica. Damn tired of it!" Monica pulls out her briefcase, as she pulls out some files, and Leigh begins to look over them, and Monica asks Leigh "From all I've learned in this town over the years, are you sure about this?" Leigh tells Monica "I'm tired of watching my Husband turn into his Father. He plays favorites, and never given Brock a chance." Monica asks Leigh "Do you still love Xavier?" Leigh nods, but tells her "I think he needs a reality check. I want to give him a dose of his own medicine." Monica points to another file, and asks "And what about this?" Leigh puts the file in her purse, and goes "This is leverage. I'm doing to him, what Ruth would do to B.R. when he acted out of line." Monica heads to the door, as she warns Leigh "I'm only helping halfway, if you want to do the rest Leigh, then I'm praying for you." Monica leaves, as Leigh reads the files, and says to herself "If I am going to turn into the bitch, so be it. Brock won't be treated like Frank was treated by B.R.! I'll finish what Ruth threatened on him on Xavier! He won't like it, but karma's a bitch!"

      At The Adam's Landing Courthouse, Ava sits inside the courtroom, as she takes a drink from her flask, as Cale and Allison arrive and sits next to her, as she asks "Where's Frank?" Cale tells his Aunt "He went to have a discussion with Jamie this morning. I think he's letting her know where she now stands." Ava quips "About damn time!" Beth arrives, as she hugs everyone, and goes "Terrance won't be making it today, and when Aretha arrives, we're going outside." Ava asks "What for Beth? That tone makes me think she must of pissed you off." Beth asks Ava "Did you read her tabloid headline?" Beth pulls out her phone, as Ava gasps, and Cale looks at his Wife, as they roll their eyes. Meanwhile Bobby walks inside and greets everyone, as Beth asks him "So are you ready for some privacy again since Paul and the boys are with you?" Bobby laughs "I sorta am Boss." Beth smiles, and tells Bobby "Thank you for looking out for Bree." Bobby humbly goes "I've always been the family lawyer, and being mayor won't stop me from looking out for the Jackson family." Ava meanwhile asks Beth "Where's Ciarra?" Beth answers "She's not coming down here. She's really having some difficulty with this. Two children, both turned out to be conniving whores." Ava sighs with sadness "Poor lady. She's always been one of the kindest people I've known, and she never deserved this." Beth agrees, as Frank arrives, and hugs his family and warns them "Bree is having a hard time." Cale tells his Father "We're all here, and she'll be ok." Frank hugs his Son and Daughter In Law, and tells them "Welcome home. I've missed y'all."  In the elevator, Bree steps on, as Angelica stands in the corner, and asks Bree "So ready to go send your Mother to the chair?" Bree is silent, as Angelica warns Bree "Don't fail." Bree warns Angelica "Don't make threats to me you evil bitch! If you dare hurt one of Summer's Sons if my Mom does go free I will kill you myself." Angelica smiles, and snarls "I will take them from Paul, and your presence, and raise them myself. True Hales! The elevator door opens, as they head towards the courtroom, as Angelica stands at the door, and sends a text.

      At The Sunset Club, in a private area, Xavier sits, as Country walks inside, and tells Xavier "Here's my info on Leigh. I'm surprised. But I tell ya that boy does need to be brought down some notches. Trying to grow up too fast and rebellious as hell." Xavier asks Country "So how is he adjusting to the dump over The Inn?" Country tells him "Leigh came over yesterday and told him to go with her.." Xavier is silent, and goes "That's why I seen a suite booked at The Holiday Hotel in my account. And I'll give you a pass due to finally doing something to truly gain back my respect." Country looks at Xavier, with tears, telling his once best friend "If I'd known she'd ever do this X I'd gutted her. I've felt like shit for letting her live, but she's Bree's Mother. And she's the one really having a hard time." Xavier tells Country "You're forgiven Brother. Now thank you for helping me learn this valuable information on my Wife, and now let's support Bree." Xavier and Country gets up as they head to the Courthouse. Meanwhile at the bar, Rachel sits, as she sends a text, that goes "Tell the editor that I've received gossip that.." Wade arrives, and asks "And what might that be?" Rachel looks at Wade and asks "And why aren't you at work getting me some scoop for my dream job, running a tabloid to go against Aretha thanks to Roger Lord." Wade tells Rachel "Jared's at the office and I felt like drinking." Rachel sighs "Is it Bridget?" Wade nods, and goes "She hates it here Rachel and Grandmother's acting strange." Rachel rolls her eyes, and laughs "Sounds like she's thirsty." Wade tells his longtime friend "Well our Son is growing up in Sugar Creek, and it's hard." Rachel tells him "My Son's up there and Eve Mathis kindly let me know to never come back after River and I split up." Rachel orders a drink, as Wade and Rachel look at each other passionately in silence, as he touches her hand.
 
    At Jackson Inc, Sully sits inside her office, as she reads her Father's sales reports for Jim's, as she gets a message, and texts back "Send her in." Leigh walks inside, as she asks her Daughter "So when did you decide to have the closed door policy at the office? I see it's that way these days here." Sully asks her Mother, opening her purse, "Mom. I want you to be honest with me when you see this and tell me you didn't just drop to Jamie Lord's level." Sully shows her Mother the cover of The Exposer, as Leigh is silent, and slowly, and sternly reminds her Daughter "Sully, he's my Son, and your Brother. Family sticks together whether you like them or not. Not because X hasn't gotten over his mistakes doesn't mean Brock is deserving what.." Sully yells "Yes it does Mom! He's spoiled and you allowed it to happen! Daddy has accepted his part and is trying to change it. Time for you to do the same!" Leigh slaps her Daughter, as she goes And X spoiled you and bought you Class." Sully snaps "He and Grandma were hard on me but I knew he loved me and was Mom too. So if this will be all, I have to go back to work and I'll talk to you at dinner tonight." Leigh starts to open her purse, as Sully looks up, and glares, as Leigh laughs "Looking for my keys." Leigh leaves, as Sully rolls her eyes. At the Adam's Landing Courthouse, Beth and Aretha are in the hallway, as Ava, Frank, Willie, Cale, Allison, and Angelica has arrived. Aretha tells Beth "I really didn't want to get in the middle of this and I thought we'd discussed this." Beth warns Aretha "Leigh will not put my family in the headlines so Brock can make money. And next time she tries to call you, call me immediately to fix the bitch myself." Xavier and Country arrives, as Beth hugs her Son, and tells him "Everyone's inside and I think it's about to start." In the Courtroom, Ava sits next to her Brother, as Frank sits next to Cale and Allison, as Angelica sits to herself silently. Beth, Aretha, and Xavier walk inside and take their seats, as Willie tells Aretha "I wanted to sit near the devil. Something's off about this." Aretha whispers "It's usually a dark cloud about to drop a tornado since it's Angelica Hale we're discussing Mama." In the hallway behind the courtroom, in front of the Judge's chambers, Bobby, and Country stands next to Bree, as Country hugs his Daughter, as Bree tells him "I can't do it Dad. I can't." Country tells her "Yes you can because you are the smartest person I know and I'm proud to know you're my Daughter." The Judge walks out of the chambers, as Bobby follows the judge, as the Judge asks "And you didn't mention the one sending Jamie Lord to the beautiful Midwest is her own Daughter. Now isn't that uh, unorthodox of proceedings." Bobby answers "And remember that check you now have." The Judge smiles "Ah yes, this is my retirement trial. Afterwards I intend to stay home and enjoy my days outside this courthouse." Bree and Country walks inside, as Bree takes her place, and Country joins Xavier and Beth. Jamie's lawyer arrives, as the jailer walks inside with Jamie, as Ava gets up and walks towards her Sister, and tells her "I hope they give you a firing squad execution. I'll promise to make it happen." Jamie keeps walking, as she stops where her Daughter sits, and tells her coldly "Bree, I hate you. I disown you and remember who brought you in the world can take you out." Bree asks "Threats?" Jamie is taken to her side, as Bree sits at her table, and gets emotional, as Bobby sits next to her, and hugs her, as the bailiff yells "All rise for Judge Jo Chase." The Judge walks inside and takes her seat, as Jamie's trial begins.
      

     



    

Daylight And Darkness: The Next Chapter, Episode 7: The Great Reboot

         It's now three months since we've last visited Adam's Landing, and we will pick up our show from where we left off, and then move up three months. There were many stories and brewing wars on the rise, and returning. And we now will be getting back to the classic D&D basics and refresh, yet finish where we left off.

Three Months Later In Adam's Landing,

         It's three months later in Adam's Landing, and things have changed for many in a short time. At Hell Hill, Leigh sits inside the living room, silent as Xavier walks out of his office and asks his Wife "Let's go to Mother's and have dinner my love.." Leigh slaps her Husband and snaps angrily "Just know something X, if you win, then we are done! Damnit I mean DONE!" Xavier warns his Wife "The way it looks, we all but are anyway so let's play pretend for our Princess, and maybe Gracie if she shows up." Leigh yells "Why can't you call our Son so he can join us?" Xavier yells "Ok let's go! If you wanna do it this way, I can do the damn same and my namesake has failed me and I will never forgive him! And I wish you could do the same!!" They walk out, as Leigh pulls out her phone and reads a message and replies "Meet me tomorrow to discuss that." 

      At Jackson Inc, Sully sits inside her new office, as Jack walks inside, and asks his Cousin "Staying late?" Sully tells him "With all the friction right now between my parents, and with the whore and.." Jack laughs as he asks "Which whore may we be referring to cousin? Rachel? Aunt Jamie?" Sully laughs "Jamie I doubt will be a concern for much longer with what's coming for her." Jack sighs with relief "At least it's made my Mother slow down on the bottle." Sully's phone rings, as Jack heads out, as Sully goes "I want those files tonight!" Sully hangs up, as she takes a deep breath, as she reads a text, and sighs with disgust "Time for the bitch to know where she stands."

    At Whispering Hills, Ava sits in the living room, as evening has fallen, as she makes a phone call but gets no answer. Ava takes a deep breath, as she says to herself "Poor Bree." There's a knock at the door, as Ava answers to find Angelica at the door and walks in as she tells Ava "We have a problem at HaleCorp. I'm tasting that quench for bloodshed." Ava asks "Wade? Jared?" Angelica mumbles "Jared. And my Grandson's Wife Bridget!" Ava sighs "I asked Sully why she let her go back to work at Class, and she smiled and went "To keep a watchful eye on my enemy." Angelica smiles and goes "That girl takes after her Father." Ava quips "She does, but Xavier would kill them dead. I recommend she do that to Bridget too!" Angelica asks "So are you going to the Courthouse tomorrow?" Ava nods, and smiles "A long damn time coming!" Angelica heads to the door, and tells her "She pushed her limits, and now she's going to pay for it." Angelica leaves, as Ava looks at her Christmas Tree, as the Holiday Season's passed, and smiles "Yes a very long time coming it has. Thank you Winston. I miss you my sweet old Grinch." Ava kisses his photo that's on the mantle, as she has a thought, and makes a phone call.

    Meanwhile at Beth and Ciarra's Penthouse, Beth, Ciarra, and Ruthie are inside the kitchen, as Beth asks her Great-Granddaughter "And where is your Mama? I told her to slow down and I'm kind of dreading this tonight." Ruthie asks her Great-Grandmother "So since I can drive, maybe you could help Mom and push my Papaw to make her get me a car?" Ciarra quips to her Great-Niece "I'll let you have mine. I don't plan to leave this apartment again." Beth rolls her eyes, as she sighs "Damnit Aunt Ciarra I know it's not your most favorite time and with this trial about to start.." Ruthie looks at them, and checks her phone and tells them "Mom's taking a rain check so I have to meet her downstairs." Beth hugs her Great-Granddaughter, and warns her "Tell Sully I said to slow down!" Ciarra also hugs Ruthie as she leaves, and Beth asks her Aunt "And what shall I expect when Xavier and Leigh arrive?" Ciarra answers distantly "A hopefully pleasant dinner for our late Christmas." On the road, Xavier drives the SUV, as Leigh sits in the passenger's seat as she glares at her phone silently, as she reads a story on the 'The Exposer', titled "Son of X Sr Tells All!!", glaring angrily, turning to her Husband as Xavier looks ahead and is silent.

     At Bree's Mansion, Bree is silent, as she looks through photos, and cries as the door opens and turns to see her Uncle, as Frank laughs "Might be cold but was worried about you about this trial coming." Bree runs to his arms, and cries "How could my Mother be like this? How? Is this really what I have and a sometime Father?" Frank reminds his Niece "You've got me, and Aunt Beth and Aunt Ava, and so many people. Can you do this?" Bree yells "Yes! I wish people would stop asking that!" Frank reminds her "Well not everyday does a Daughter go to the courtroom to send her Mother to Prison for murdering her other Daughter, and your little Sister." Bree tells her Uncle "Dad's doing some research on that but otherwise she needs to pay and I see the light now. Maybe Xavier was right all along." Frank hugs his Niece, and laughs humbly "Well sometimes he does. And most times he's just an asshole like my Daddy was." Bree laughs, and goes "I needed to do that." Frank asks "Do?" Bree answers "Laugh." Frank looks around, and asks his Niece "Since Paul and the kids moved in with Bobby, how about you just come stay with me at the Farm?" Bree sighs as she stares at her paperwork "But with all this stuff to do to prepare to send my Mom to Lexington Women's Prison.." Frank asks "Do I really need to ask you again?" Bree takes a deep breath, and walks up to her Uncle, and tells him fighting tears "You are the only parent besides Grandma Ruth I've ever known.. I love you..." Frank holds Bree in his arms, as he tells her "And you will always be my favorite girl."

     Meanwhile at Wade and Bridget's Mansion, Wade greets his Wife, as they are naked and Bridget tells her Husband "I love it that the evil old bitch is staying in her old bloody manor." Wade quips "And you hate this place and look at the nice thing she did for us. She has a life besides tormenting you. Now want to get back to where we were?" Wade and Bridget begin to have sex, as the door opens, and Angelica looks into the living room, and tells her Grandson and his Wife "Don't let my presence stop you from enjoying a blue collar whore's street tricks." Bridget snaps, walking up to Angelica covering herself with a sheet "How about you go back home to South America? Back to the place you and your family kill for royalty and use sick games to.." Wade yells at his Wife "Stop fighting with Grandmother" Angelica heads to the stairway, as she looks at her watch, and tells Wade "She is testing my kindness." Bridget laughs with anger "What kindness?" Angelica walks up to her and answers "The kind of kindness and respect to someone we know that keeps me from doing a select few things to you to forever damage you. Such as when you were cut up in that jail by Sully? And then the money I gave Wade to.." Wade pulls up a sheet, and gets up and yells at his Wife and Grandmother "Enough!" Angelica smiles to Wade, and tells her Grandson "I'm going to my room and take a sedative. Goodnight my sweet prince." Angelica turns to Bridget, and goes "Hope you enjoy my present to you tomorrow. Consider it a late Christmas." Angelica walks upstairs, as Bridget takes a deep breath, and warns Wade "I've had enough with this arrangement. Stop kissing her ass!" Wade quickly tells his Wife with frustration "Let's go to our separate rooms and call this a night." Both only covering their bodies with sheets, heads to their separate bedrooms. Upstairs, Angelica sends a text, with a smile, as she types "And hope you had a Merry Christmas to you as well dear. I promise not to kill the little whore and if I do, then I'll let you take Wade lol." She quickly gets a response, saying "Haha Santiago. And you know I would too."

     At Sully's new Mansion near Hell Hill, Henry sits in the living room, as he drinks from his bottle of liquor, as Sully and Ruthie walks inside, and Sully quips to her boyfriend "Looks like you are enjoying Daddy's gift he gave you for Christmas." Henry yells "Xavier Jackson is a hell of a man! This is some high dollar shit he gave me for Christmas for working on that Storm Shelter." Ruthie takes a deep breath, as she tells her Mother "I'm going upstairs for the evening Mom." Sully hugs her Daughter, as Ruthie heads to her room, as Sully asks Henry "So when are you going to follow through on your promise to come to family gatherings?" Henry, in a drunken tone, slurs "When Leigh stops judging me. Snooty ass bitch. The old lady Ciarra I think, well her too." Sully tells him "They are just overprotective and Aunt Ciarra has always been very private but warm and loving towards me and my family, and she said she thinks you are a good man and happy for us. Something Mom hasn't said." Henry laughs "Well score one for Ms. Sullivan!" Sully sits next to Henry, and looks at the bottle he drinks from, and sighs with a smile "That's the family special moonshine you know. Only few get a bottle. From my Great-Grandpa B.R. Jackson's private stash hidden somewhere at Hell Hill. And I think Daddy likely told you the rest." Henry nods, and kisses Sully, as she tells him "I'm going to talk to my Daughter and call my Mother. You just enjoy yourself." Henry drinks, as Sully goes to Ruthie's bedroom, as she writes in her diary "I'm scared for my family."

    Back at Beth and Ciarra's Penthouse, Beth, Ciarra, Xavier, and Leigh sits in the living room, as Beth asks her Son "So Gracie's staying in Washington for Christmas?" Leigh snides "Who'd want to come back to a home where your Father plays favorites." Xavier grows angry, as Ciarra reminds Leigh "He did help Faye steal my SUV. Although my sweet nephew Xavier bought me a car, I understand his hurt." Beth adds "And helping that bitch that nearly killed Frank and letting her Mother go nearly did it for me." Leigh yells "Brock is a good kid. He has a big heart and made mistakes everyone!" Xavier gets up and storms out, as Beth rolls her eyes, as Leigh asks her Mother In Law "And are you going to take up for him like you always do Beth?" Beth warns her Daughter In Law "You're turning into a bitch. I like that Henry Sully is seeing, and I understand my Son, and apparently better than you." Outside, Xavier is on the phone, as he tells someone on the other line "She's doing what? You got to be shitting me. Seriously?" Xavier is silent, as his eyes begin to turn red, and tells the person on the other line "Meet me in my office tomorrow morning and we will fix that shit!" Xavier hangs up, and goes back inside, as he tells Leigh "I'm ready to call it a night. I'm glad Christmas is over!" Leigh snarls, as Beth glares at Leigh, as Ciarra has went to bed for the night "I'm tired of hearing your Mother cover for your errors in parenting!" Beth defensively yells at Leigh "My Son raised Sully as a single Father when we all thought you'd been killed, and he's been amazing to the twins as well!" Leigh asks her Husband "Does it make you happy Mommy here defends you?" Xavier coldly and quietly murmurs "We're going home. Let's Go." Xavier and Leigh storms out, as Leigh tells Xavier "You will regret what you're doing to our Son." Xavier tells his Wife in a silent tone "Shut the hell up. I've heard all I want from you." Beth stands at the door, as she watches, and shakes her head and sends a text to Brock, who lays on a couch, as the text reads "Get your shit together and make peace with your Father or Gram's kicking your ass." Brock is silent, as rage fills his eyes.

     As night's fallen upon Adam's Landing, at Whispering Hills, Jack sits in the living room, as Ava tells her Son "Tomorrow my damn Sister's going to get her just due and I'm nailing her ass to the wall!" Jack sighs "Mom, I hope you're ready to relive the past when you are called up to testify." Ava quips "Oh I've been waiting for this since a couple months before you were born and people didn't send texts instead of calling their Mothers." Jack tells his Mother "Well Samantha and I have decided to keep this from J.J.. He's too emotional and after he found your guest for Aunt Beth.." Ava sighs "Jack, just shut the hell up about it and go home for the night. I'm ready to have my shot and pass out." Jack warns "Another thing Mom, this glass you're constantly holding's really bothering me and I think.." Ava yells "Go home!" Jack walks out, as Ava locks the door, and takes a drink of liquor and snarls "I don't have a damn problem except for my Son's Wife trying to acting all perfect and judging me. Screw her, and if Jack wants to be whipped, hell screw him too." At The Farm, Frank walks inside, as he tells Bree "Tomorrow Cale, Allison, and Ginny's returning from the Beach." Bree sighs with a distant tone "Good for them. Tomorrow I stand before a judge I've never met and attempt to send my Mother away forever." Bree gets emotional, as she yells with anger "What happened to her?" Frank holds his Niece, and they sit on the couch, as he tells her gently "She's always been like this. When she met Roger and got all that work done, then she really let it go to her head. Wasn't for your Mama Bree, Your Grandparents wouldn't of divorced." Bree asks "When Ava was raped?" Frank nods, and goes "Jamie deserves whatever that judge decides and you just do your job and try and forget she's your Mother." Bree tells her Uncle "I'm just an orphan now. Jamie will get what she deserves." Frank hugs Bree, and tells her "Rest up now. You have a big day ahead tomorrow." Frank heads to his bedroom, as he sends a text to Beth, that reads "We need to be there for Bree. She's so down and it's really hurting me." Beth responds "I know the judge Bobby picked. She's going away for a long damn time! I promise that!" At the ALPD, in a cell, Jamie sits, as Roger stands on the other side, and asks "Ready for your close up tomorrow?" Jamie warns her Husband "Just know if I am free I'm going after you ALL! All of you bastards!" Roger quips "Good luck whore. And here's a photo to keep you happy dear." Roger hands a photo to his Wife, as he says to himself "Now you'll know the feeling you sad pathetic whore." Jamie looks at the photo, as rage fills her eyes, and she coldly goes "That's a mistake you'll pay for you selfish bitch."


    

Daylight And Darkness: The Next Chapter, Episode 6: The Fuel For War

    Inside the private waiting area in the ICU of City Hospital, Ava stands next to Beth, as she asks Jamie "So you are trying to take over the rightful call of Cale? I knew you were low, but this really, REALLY goes too far." Jamie yells at Ava and Beth, who is silent, with rage in her eyes "Frank Jackson is the only member of my family who loves me!" Beth screams "Nobody else does you whore! You opportunistic, selfish bitch you think anybody gives a shit about you!" Ava stops Beth, as she raises her hand in a fist, and goes "Now Beth we're letting her win. Let's be rational." Outside the room, Cale, Allison, and Ginny hear the argument inside, as Cale tells his Wife and Daughter "Jamie doesn't have the say, and nor does my Sister! If my Dad dies, I will kill Faye!" Cale gets emotional and punches the wall in anger, as Terrance walks down the hall, and tells him "I will bend the rules because of our family connections, and my Mama's on her way now." Cale thanks Terrance, as he tells him "Get Beth, and save my Dad!" Terrance opens the door, as Jamie is pinned to the ground, as Beth holds a knife to her Cousin's throat, as Ava sits back, as Jamie yells for help, and Beth slaps Jamie across the face, and snaps "Shut up and do what I've told you. Get out of here and never come back!" Jamie smiles "Never bitch. Not while Frank battles for his life!" Ava flicks her lighter, and warns her Sister "Remember that fire you were caught in that time. Daddy's old cottage? You sexing Chant.." Jamie screams for help, as Terrance silently stands at the door, and then goes "Can I see you outside Beth?" Beth glares at Jamie, as she walks into the hallway, and Ava asks her Sister "And where's Bree? Called the other Daughter yet?" Jamie's eyes turn red, as Ava quips "Oh, I think she was killed. Whored herself to death." Ava laughs, as Jamie slaps her Sister, and they begin to fight. In the hallway, Keisha walks up, and hands a file to Beth, as she reads it, and Cale, Allison, and Ginny stand with her, as she asks them "Where's Bree?" Outside, Country tells his Daughter "You know where I am Bree. Daddy loves you." Bree looks at her Father, and tells him "Thank you for telling me." Bree stands at the door, and has a thought, and makes a phone call.

    At Class, Bridget sits inside her office, as Wade walks inside, and asks his Wife "So how's your day been dear?" Bridget smiles "I haven't seen your Grandmother, so that's a good thing." Wade sighs "Give her a chance..." Bridget tells her Husband point blank "I already have, and I can't do anymore. She's evil." Wade sighs, and tells her "She's my Grandmother, and you know what my family means to me. Even my damn Brother Jared." Bridget asks her Husband "So I take it from the bruises the two of you got in a fight." Wade nods, as Bridget kisses him, and goes "Now just relax, and let's enjoy the two of us not having any interruptions for the rest of the day, as they have sex in her office. Outside, Sully arrives, and Xavier looks over at his Daughter, as he asks "Want me to go in there with you?" Sully tells her Father "Go help Grandma with Jamie. And you and Henry get to know one another. Tell Mom I'll be home tonight." Xavier nods, and reminds her "I'll be at my office." Sully walks inside, and heads towards Bridget's office.

    At The Sunset Club, Leigh walks inside, as Jared sits at the bar, and walks up to his former Mother In Law, and asks "Did you just have my kids with you and I not know? I am their Dad." Leigh asks "Where were you on Ruthie's birthday last year? Where were you when Cain got sick? What a Dad you are Jared. You used to be a good man, and you sold your soul to Roger Lord, and slept with Sully's Cousin, and her Aunt! You are worthless now. And stay away from them if you know what's best for you." Jared yells "I'm going to their room!" Leigh warns Jared "I will call X if you try me Jared." Jared asks Leigh "Is Sully up there?" Leigh tells him in a cold tone "That's none of your business. Stay away from her and her children!" Leigh walks out, as Jared makes a phone call, and shakes his head in frustration, as he says to himself "Could this day get any worse?" Leigh sits on the patio, and has a drink, as Angelica shows up, and asks Leigh "So everything is safe with Sully's return?" Leigh asks Angelica "How did you know that?" Angelica smiles "Don't worry about it Leigh. I am an old lady, and Sully impresses me though she hates me. I love it though. She is her Father's Daughter, and Jamie owes me." Leigh asks Angelica with a smile "What do you know that would make Roger Lord give up Class so easily to Sully?" Angelica shakes her head, and goes "That's between he and I Leigh. And now I have to go back home and relax and await Bridget's return for my daily fun with Wade's Wife." Leigh takes a deep breath, and asks Angelica "And how do you tolerate Wade Issac?" Angelica answers "He and Jared are my Grandsons. Wade could and will do better and that's on blood." Angelica leaves, as Leigh looks inside the bar, and sees Jared, and leaves her tab, and leaves, as Jared has watched them, and also leaves, heading to Jackson Inc.

      Meanwhile at The Farm, Brock arrives, as Faye awaits him, as he asks her "So where do you wanna go?" Faye looks at Brock, and tells him "J.J. came by here and told me something." Brock warns his Cousin boldly "Look now, I am already on my Dad's shit list, and my Gram.." Faye slurs "Your Gram is a bitch! I hate her! And we're going to see why she's been to Aunt Ava's so much!" Brock sighs "Likely J.J. and his imagination. He is autistic." Faye laughs "He's weird." Brock and Faye heads to Whispering Hills, Brock driving Ciarra's SUV without a license. At Jack and Samantha's Home at Whispering Hills, Samantha looks at J.J., as he tells his Mother with fear "I'm scared Mama. I think Grandma's turned evil!" Samantha hugs her Son, as he's frightened, and the door opens, as Jack walks inside, and tells his Wife "Well Sully is back, and I have the rest of the day off." Samantha looks at J.J., as Jack asks his Son "What's wrong? Did anyone upset you?" J.J. stumbles upon his words, and runs to his room, and Samantha tells him "Your Mother has a guest tied up in the basement, and he said she said something she shouldn't have to our Son! He's sensitive Jack. And there's a damn reason there's a Storm Shelter at Hell Hill!" Jack hugs his Wife, and tells her "When I see Mom, I'll discuss it with her. She's definitely changed. I think she may be moving on, but turning dark again like when she set Jamie's old place on fire years ago." Samantha tells him with sadness in her voice "We need to help her." Jack tells his Wife "I'm about to head down to City Hospital and check up. With Jamie, Aunt Beth, and my Mom, there's bound to be a fight." Jack leaves, as Samantha walks into her Son's room, and holds him, as he shakes with fear and panic over his discovery in Ava's basement.

      Back at City Hospital, Willie arrives, as Aretha has followed, and Terrance tells his Mother and Sister "Beth's back in the ICU right now meeting with Barbara Arp on whether or not he's a success." Willie hears a scream in the Waiting Area, and asks "So what is going on in there? Jamie and Ava don't need to be in the same room." Aretha nods, and walks inside, as Ava screams at her Sister "I know your damn story about that whore you had with Russell, and glad the son of a bitch is dead and the woman that killed his ass can save my full blooded Brother!" Jamie runs up to her Sister, as Aretha jumps in the middle, and yells "Alright! What in the hell is going on?" Jamie snaps at Aretha "None of your damn business!" Ava tells her Best Friend "Jamie is over Frank's life it seems. And I just called Bobby but got no answer." Willie walks inside, and tells Ava and Jamie "Now the two of you pull together for Frank. I'm staying here to keep the peace, and I know your Mama would want me to knowing the chances." Ava hugs Willie, as Jamie starts to cry, and Aretha snarks "Oh shut up with it. You're just waiting to cash in." Outside, Cale returns, as he tells Terrance "Allison and Ginny went to check on Faye. She's not ever living this down, and Bree said she had something to take care of, but supports my decision." Terrance and Cale walk into Frank's room in the ICU, as Barbara looks at them, as Beth cries, and goes "We need a heart and fast! I called Keisha to check for one at the research center." Cale looks at Beth, as she holds him, and whispers "We'll find him a heart Cale. And Faye will no longer be a damn problem." Barbara watches, and looks at Frank, with a tear in her eye, as Terrance asks Barbara "Thinking of something?" Barbara tells him "It's a hard job we do saving lives. It's like gambling, you are never promised that you'll save someone's life." Terrance nods in agreement, as Beth tells Cale "He needs a transplant or he won't make it." Cale cries, and Beth and Barbara assures him "We will save him."

     At Wade and Bridget's Mansion, Angelica and Carver are inside her bedroom, as they undress each other, as Angelica seductively tells Carver "I have the handcuffs." The doorbell rings, as Angelica yells "Somebody that works here can get that!" Angelica puts on a robe, and cuffs Carver to the bedpost, and kisses him, as she tells him "I love these dates." Carver smiles back, as Angelica walks downstairs, and answers the door, as Bree and Country are inside, and Bree asks Angelica point blank "What do you know about my Mother?" Angelica sighs "Oh the whore we call Jamie Lord, well used to be." Bree pulls out a photo, and asks Angelica, as Country stands by his Daughter "Do you know about this?" Angelica looks at the photo, and tells Bree "Looks like we have a common ambition in life now. And presently I want to go upstairs and do my part." Angelica shows Bree and Country to the door, as Bree asks her Father "What do we do next?" Country tells his Daughter "You let me go back to my room..." Bree tells him "Go to my house Dad. And I am going to see Paul, and figure something out." Country hugs Bree, as they go their separate ways. Inside, Angelica laughs to herself "Oh Carver you don't know what I have for you." Angelica walks upstairs, as she walks into her bedroom, and tells Carver "My day has been made, and now it's going to get even better, dropping her robe, as Carver's jaw drops, and he goes "You...had..." Angelica smiles "Since you're getting married and all..." Carver grows silent, as Angelica warns him "We're about to play a game, and if you lose, then I may have a story to sell to Aretha."

     At Jackson Inc, Xavier and Henry sits at Xavier's desk, as Henry laughs "Sayyid told me about the farmhouse kill as he called it. Sully doesn't talk too much about those things, though I've gotten her to talk to me some since meeting her." Xavier asks Henry "So how do you feel about being a Father to my Grandchildren? I would personally feel better if Jared was out of the picture myself." Henry nods, as he snarls "I've got something waiting for him. I'm going to find that farmhouse." Xavier puts his hands up, and warns Henry "Don't kill him. That'd hurt my Princess, he was her first love, and the father to Ruthie and Cain biologically, and it'd hurt Ruthie I know." Henry asks Xavier "But he's never there for either of them. What's the use keeping him around? I'd like to light up his ass." Jared walks inside Xavier's office, as he's overheard, and asks Henry "So you're dating Sully and my Former Father In Law and mentor in business is talking to you about taking my kids from me. Not going to happen!" Xavier takes a deep breath, as Henry quips "So you are the sperm donor as Cain calls you." Jared snaps at Henry "I know what you do for a living Jennings. And did Xavier hire you as well since Country's been in South America?" Xavier warns his former Son In Law "Get the hell out of here before I turn my head and allow Henry to meet you." Henry's hands bawl into fists, as he warns Jared "I used to be a boxer." Jared laughs, and quips "And now graduated to using guns I take it? Or was that the way you got into Lexington Prison?" Henry grows angry, and pulls a knife, as Jared yells at his Father In Law in rage "You are more willing to let this psycho be around my kids than me?" Xavier pulls his Colt 45, and warns his Former Son In Law "Overstayed your welcome. Now get out before I destroy you forever." Jared laughs "Try me. Wade and I control HaleCorp, and we're coming after you!" Jared glares at Henry, as he storms out, and Henry asks Xavier "Want me to go jump him later?" Xavier laughs "Nah. He's got one more time and then we'll discuss that.

      At City Hospital, in the Private Waiting Room inside the ICU, Ava, Cale, Allison, and Jamie sits silently, as Willie and Aretha sits inside also, as Willie asks "Where's Faye?" Jamie sighs "Likely heartbroken her Daddy may be dying. He did say he wasn't into anymore surgeries! Cale's blood boils, as he turns to his Aunt, and asks "Are you wanting my Dad to die Jamie?" Ava answers in a snarky tone "She's needing some money likely." Jamie glares at Ava, as Aretha warns them "Now he may not make it and the two of you need to make a truce." Ava turns to her lifelong friend and snaps "What? And what about truces? Willie is angry with Sayyid over a tragic accident everyone knows he did not do." Jamie murmurs "Bullshit." Willie is silent, in thought, and Cale yells "My Dad is fighting for his life and his heart has had some breaks in it over the years and that damn Sister of mine hasn't helped none!" Ava walks over to her Nephew, as she and Allison hugs him as he cries, and Jamie boldly tells everyone "Well I know what is legal and I call the shots." In Frank's Room, Beth is alone with Frank as he's on life support, and Beth holds his hand, and in tears, goes "Good job. You know you really are a good man, just flawed. I wish we were in here because you were burning up the road and flipping cars. I'd then come in and doctor you up and then out for a sundae at the drive-in outside town." Terrance and Barbara stands outside the room, as Keisha returns, and tells them "We have none. Let's keep him stable the rest of the night and I'll call some other hospitals in the area." Barbara thanks her, as Terrance is silent and watches Beth, as she sits next to her former Husband, and speaks to him gently, and tells Barbara "I don't like this. She's either has already or about to have a so called guest in this ICU I bet." Barbara asks "What do you mean?" Terrance takes a deep breath, as he goes "She's gonna make someone pay with their life if he doesn't make it and knowing her all these years, that's a certain." Barbara rolls her eyes, and says to herself "She has always had a fiery side, even in Medical School."
  
      At Class, Bridget walks around her office, as she puts back on her clothes, and tells her Husband, as he does the same "Sex and now we know Roger has something in mind for you." Wade quips "I know what's going on, but I am sure he wouldn't risk his name and reputation for my Grandmother." Bridget laughs in disagreement "I wouldn't be so sure Wade. She does have connections." Wade nods, and kisses his Wife, as he tells her "And once again you would be right." The door opens, as Wade and Bridget turn their heads, and Sully laughs with disgust "Look who's in my office.. Sully laughs, and responds in a cold tone "I don't give a shit Wade, and I am your boss for now Bridget. But now you are fired." Bridget warns "That's Mrs. Lord's call." Sully pulls out a razor, and smiles "Wanna say that one again?" Wade pulls out his phone and Sully yells "Drop the damn phone and just listen. I have my deed, and this is mine. Jamie can kiss my ass, and so can you. Now get out before I have you thrown the hell out by my new love. He would enjoy it." Wade looks at his Wife, and tells Bridget "Let's just leave. I think my Grandmother has something in this. Let's just go." Bridget is silent, as she turns and glares at Sully, as she leaves with her Husband, and Sully walks around, and says to herself "Home sweet home."
    
      At Whispering Hills, Brock and Faye stand at Ava's basement door, as they try to break the lock. Faye tells her Cousin "I seen someone in there!" Brock sighs "Me too." Brock looks around, and finds a crowbar, and smashes a window, as they cautiously enter into their Aunt's home, and walks into the kitchen, where Faye grabs a bottle of vodka, as Brock opens the basement door. Brock and Faye slowly walks down the stairs as someone yells "Is someone here? Please be help! They want to kill me!" The woman screams, as Brock and Faye rush to her side, as Faye takes a deep breath, and asks "What's your name?" The woman answers "Casey." Faye cries "Mommy?" Brock steps back, as his phone rings. At Bree's Mansion, Paul walks inside, as Bree and Country are in the living room and Country tells his Daughter "X hired Henry Jennings to work for him, and I knew him too and he could track her down." Bree tells her Father, as Paul walks over and consoles his former Sister In Law "I will find my Sister, and if she isn't alive, nor will be my Mom. I've had it! Damnit.. And Uncle Frank having a heart attack that could be it for him..." Paul holds Bree, and consoles her, as Country tells them with a serious tone "I will make damn sure I make things right with X when I take care of this problem." At Wade and Bridget's Mansion, Wade and Bridget return, as Carver walks downstairs and quickly leaves, and Angelica walks downstairs and hugs her Grandson, and snarks "Couldn't find a rich girl?" Bridget holds her temper, as Wade sighs "Grandmother why was Carver here?" Angelica smiles "That's strictly for me to know Grandson. Now I need to make a strong drink after that." Bridget turns to her Husband and asks "Can she move please. This is too much." Wade turns to his Wife, with frustration growing in his eyes, and snarls "For the last damn time. My family is my world and she helped me get my Grandfather's company and showed me I was somebody instead of white trash! Now drop it or you get out!" Bridget snaps "Seriously Wade?" Angelica walks inside, and snaps at Bridget "Watch your tone you blue collar whore." Bridget storms out, as Wade looks at his Grandmother as both are silent.

      At City Hospital, Jack arrives, as Ava, Cale, and Allison sit inside the private waiting area, as they hear Jamie scream at the nurse's desk "Let me see my Brother!" Ava quips "Typical Jamie. If it's a male, she'll lead him to an empty room." Aretha walks back inside, and tells everyone "Mama went to see Uncle Clem." Ava tells Aretha "It's sad we seem to get together when these things happen instead of some daylight." Jack tells his Mother "Well Mom, you got your Son, and Grandson who worships the ground you walk on." Ava hugs Jack, and goes "And I love all of you. I want my Brother well again. Frank and I never been exactly close, but he's my big brother." Cale assures his Aunt, Allison, and Ginny, as she returns walks inside "Aunt Beth will make sure he will be fine and you know that!" The family hugs, as Aretha sees Terrance and asks her Brother "So what's up?" Terrance sighs "Life support right now is the only thing keeping him alive." Aretha and Terrance hugs, as they say to each other "Beth won't be the same if something happens to Frank." Inside Frank's Room, Beth sits next to Frank, as she rubs his head, as the nurse tests his vitals and gives a wink to Beth, as she says to him "All well for now and I will find you a heart!"
